You mean why STi decided to create a pink emblem ? Well, actually, no idea... if there is a real reason I'd like to know that indeed.
But fact is, that it is the color of STi and therefor it makes at least a little more sense to use that color on an WRX STi... more sense than on a M3 imo... just like gold wheels tend to look pimpmyride style on a BMW or Mercedes, whereas the connection of the WRX STi and the Impreza WRC car makes them more appropriate, at least that's how I see it.

Well, it's not that I would buy those rims, but as it has been said before, it is the color of Subaru Tecnica International and therefor I'd say it's ok.... it also doesn't look that bad imo... so yeah, why not... Su-su-subaruuuu

I've always argued that pink is a color that should be banned from being put on any kind of vehicle. Period. Those rims are simply aweful. The car isn't much better...

The pink rims are the only bad part in my opinion. If i were her i would have made silver rims with pink detailing, maybe something like only every other spoke being pink or something. That would be more tasteful.

Hah, tattoo was a big mistake, because Subaru will probably change the look of the WRX at least 4 more times.

I think that M3 looks okay. Just take off a few stickers and maybe an artistic decal or airbrush down the side and it would be great.

Looking at the picture a few times I think it's teh cheap look of the rims that make it look bad. They look like they've had a matt paint job on them.
