Ok, it's done and won now ...
Bought a new Raptor for the Daytona race, made it look a bit sweeter at GT Auto and gave it more power with an adjustable ECU and a race outtake. 458 PP was way enough then for a safe win. Tried the stock version later and it's possible to win with the car, however, you need to survive running with the pack. Failed two out of three times. Staying to the very inside seems to help.
At Tokyo I used that maxed out Silvia I had built Wednesday night. Removed everything as far as possible and went to race with a 573 PP setup. That's been quite tense indeed as some of the front runners are decently fast. The other Tokyo event's been an unexpectedly easy win, didn't think the full stock Civic Touring Car is that competitive.
Didn't really care for PP suggestions at the Nordschleife as I have a new engine-swapped 625 PP Mini I definitely wanted to test. And that's been a lot of fun actually, beating Gallo the extra bonus. Caught him approaching the Caracciola Carousel and left him in the dust. Like others have reported too, 15 min is the time to beat here.
WTC 900. Thought why not fighting GT 500 race cars with a road car. Ok, the Valkyrie isn't the prime example of a road car but I was really curious how she would compete. 895 PP. Turned out to be the very best race this week, a hard fought win against two mad men ( Sternberg and Kawakami ) up front. RM compound, FM 5 for the first stint, FM 3 for the second, pit stop at the end of lap 6. If you own a Valkyrie, try this !
Received Clean Race bonuses everywhere except for the Nordschleife but honestly, I don't know how I lost it.
Picts in the spoiler ...
