It’s funny how everyone experiences these challenges quite differently. For me personally this was a surprise that they all were so easy I had to check I was in hard mode still, go figure! I honestly think PD changes the parameters behind the scenes but enough talking. These are the picks for this set:
1) Sunday Cup Classic - Alpine A110 ‘72; 450PP on Sports Hard tires: passed everyone except the Giulia before the end of the first lap and then the Giulia went wide on a corner letting me pass on the inside and he gave up, too easy of a victory
2) Japanese Clubman Cup 550 - Nissan Fairlady Z 432 ‘69; 549PP on Sports Hard tires: this was another race where being at the suggested level felt overpowered however the AFEELA did put a fight albeit the expected outcome of giving up once I got 1P, by the way love this layout, somehow it feels weirdly natural
3) Honda N One Special Event - Honda N ONE ‘22; 399PP on Comfort Medium tires: another surprise in that they were all dressed up and even tuned yet were underpowered or something, except predictable the leader who again had to pass on the inside in the left curve right before the corkscrew, interesting pattern developing
4) Nissan GT-R Cup - Nissan GT-R Premium edition T-spec ‘24; 690PP on Sports Soft tires: at last got a decent race here, and yes, this reverse layout flows better go figure! This was an R35 dominance with the top 5 being all R35s, even they got a bit aggressive sometimes, overall good race!
5) World Touring Car 900 - Nissan GT-R NISMO GT500; 897PP on Racing Medium tires: no rain at all! Was running FM6 and on 3P by the beginning of lap 5 when the top two pitted at the end, went ahead with fuel going low but made it to the end of lap 6 when I did the pit stop, was again in 3P but this time ran on FM1 and secured victory on lap eight when I started lapping the backpack
Honestly in the end I can’t complain, even though it seemed easy for me they still bring fun and that’s the point, have fun! 😎
