Ferrari SF90 Stradale. Was driving to Beaulieu motor museum the other weekend and one came by in purple and was awesome to look at.

Ford Capri. We had a rally version in maybe GT4 but no street or race version as far as I know. As for year… at this point any year or model besides the new suv garbage.

The infamous Zakspeed Capri would be cool but I’d take anything.

Has I said during the 24h of Nurburgring, I feel like the m3 touring n24 (or whatever the official name is) will probably become a quirky classic in the next few years. (Joining the Suzuki eskudo Pike Peak and the Renault espace F1).

I find it odd polyphony digital just bypasses the old ford sports cars like the Escort and Capri and Cortina. There is quite a following for those cars and, while car guys probably know what they are, most people I’ve run into haven’t even heard of a Ford Capri, they just think the mustang body style. Where I’m from, there’s probably like 2-3 on the road. And that’s probably across Canada. Haha

Especially during GT2. They added Ford to the franchise and all the cars like the Cougar and Ka. To then not have the Capri and Escort when we have even more classics added/debuted to the franchise, in GT7, is wild.

im an old dude in my early 50s so i want the following.

1. 78 Mustang 2 King Cobra
2 Stock 70 Ford Maverick
3 The "Sprint Package" as a possible collector thing winning ford based races. The Sprint Package was a 3 car deal with matching paint schemes that was a Mustang, Maverick and Pinto of said year.
4 a Gremlin of any year
5 chevy Colt
6 an 80s NASCAR based race car with no restrictor plate option.
7 85 chevy square body pickup for the dirt track races
8 1970 F100 pickup
9 69 ford Fairlane
10 any year of a Ford Falcon

car history and driving even the slower cars is fun and something i think would add some value. also building up a maverick in real life with a 302 makes it a true racer if done right. would be cool in game to build from stock.

i own the 70 maverick irl as you see in my profile pic. so fun to drive. ive owned a mustang 2 as a teen. learned to drive stick on the 70 f100 pickup. drove it for 22 yrs before the cab posts rusted off the frame lol. learned to drive my dads 69 fairlane. broke transmission gear teeth on my cousins chevy colt trying to also learn stick.

just my 102 cents adjusted for inflation.

Good picks! I agree especially on the Maverick, as I like having the option of starting from a "stock" version of a vehicle rather than a pre-tuned version.

I also support the Fairlane, as Ford has no mid-size representation in the 60s/70s muscle car wars in game, especially since the Mopar and GM camps have multiple options, and it makes a NASCAR grid using those cars pretty barren without any blue ovals in the mix.

I agree. When I saw the Alfa Romeo SE 048SP I immediately got envious. Having the F80 and 275 too just added to the appeal.
