I'm glad I went for a 318i instead of a 325i...sometimes I can manage 30mpg in the city... :) 👍

Highway mileage is usually 25-28mpg, though, because I drive too fast...

$3.099 for 93 octane (R+M)/2 from a Sunoco station. Since is the lowest it has been in months, I've filled the tank for the 2nd time since I first bought the car. :dopey:

I hate stupid Oil prices !!! Diesel's gone up to like €1.15, and we have a 70-l tank .... A friend of mine has an Alpina B12, and his fill-up bill is.......140 EUROS (100litres*1.40 €/litre)

Gas is starting to come down around me, still like $2.60 but it's starting to come down.

-> But I think its still not enough (USD$2.95/gal for 91 octane) here in Vegas. (:

In town: down to $2.69/gal
Closest Station: down to $2.70/gal

Gasoline's finally starting to come down, but diesel here is $3.29/gal. :scared: Luckily I don't own a diesel car. 👍

Gas in town dropped to the low, low price of $2.59/gal today. Diesel has no drop in sight anytime soon.

It's down to 2.39 around work, which isn't terriable.

Diesel fuel dropped a dime at the closest gas station today to $3.19/gal. I hope that the oil investors don't freak out over this new hurricane and drive prices up for a 3rd time. :nervous:

In an effort to maximize fuel economy, I've managed to go about 260 miles on a single tank of fuel (50% city / 50% highway) or about 16.5 mpg -- and that was the absolute best that I could do. Old turbo cars are very thirsty even when driven "moderately" -- see avatar :dopey: . Tomorrow I'm going to fill up again but the last time I checked prices it was about $3.10/US gallon for 93 R+M/2. Another $42 gone -- but at least it lasted for a week and a half!

That's it! I'm moving!

Prices dropped to about $2.75 around here for the lowest octane.

Gas is down to $2.39/gal in town. 👍 Although I have a feeling these lower prices won't last because the oil companies and OPEC are having too much fun with our money.....

Sorry but I have to ask, MrktMkr1986, what do you drive that's so thirsty :P ?

1988 Volvo 740 Turbo... with a boost controller.

Last time I paid: $2.999 / US gallon for 93 R+M/2 (98 RON)... and I will never use anything less.

well..a month ago I was on the E. So I filled my Silverado's 26 gallon gas tank up. The total came to over 88 dollars.AHHHH 3.39 a gallon!..lol..but then today I payed over 4.50..(Airplane fuel=115 octane:))

Uh I hope you didn't put airplane fuel in anything other then an airplane or high octance dragster.

Didn't one hear that my friend spends 140 euros on a fill-up ? PS: Alpina B12, 100 Litre tank...which lasts...about 600 km  German prices are just :(:( Incredible....You Americans are really lucky 👍

EDIT: Thanks MrktMkr1986 👍

Just a short question, what'd you have , Autobahn speeds or American fuel prices ? This should be an interesting poll idea đź’ˇ

I mixed it in with my Super fuel. 5 gallons of 115 and 21 gallons of 93. It makes it run quite a bit faster.

Wait you put that in your truck? That's so not good for it.

Heard that too... but you've got to be careful with it... burns out sensors if you mess up the mix.

Well you realize high octanes burn hotter right? Your engine was built for 87 octane and you can get away with 93 everyonce in a while, but for the love of god don't put that Vortec through that punishment.
