What did you do in GT7 today?

Today I set a lap time in the online time trial that is due to expire next week (Audi R8 at Dragon Trail Gardens). I'm late to the party, and I do regret it. The car is very good and the sound... chef kiss šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

The new one on the other hand.... Is just a big red flag for me. I just don't like VGTs it all.

I also drove the lovely Porsche 911 (964) at Nordschleife as suggested by the guys in the car of the week thread. I had a good time there, totally going to come back for more.

The new extra menu gave me a 787B engine, and the daily marathon gave me yet another engine: A Suzuki Gr3. Maybe I'll try it out in a Radical SR3.

It was a good GT7 day.

That F40 diecast looks awesome. :)

To be fair that's not matte black its carbon.:lol:

The reason why I have it in carbon black is cause I saw a diecast of the F40 in black and it looks amazing and it was the reason why I like the f40 now.

It really does look great! Canā€˜t go wrong with black paint and a red interior when it comes to sports cars / supercars.
 
Was doing the licence tests yesterday and I'm usually someone that'll easily get bronze with the occasional silver. Gold is something I don't even try because its far above my skill level. Was doing International B-6 test (cornering in the wet at the Red Bull Ring). Was too slow even for bronze the first time I tried it. Second attempt I get gold with the exact time need for gold. No more no less. I'm still wondering what happened.

Had a good chuckle about it but yeah moreso confused then anything else.
 
Busy day today! And a lot of fun.

Did the last 2 weekly events, the European Sunday Cup 400 with an exciting finish in 2nd place, 3/100 of a second in front of a Megane.

The Monza event was awesome, I feel like a god in this machine...

In prior games, I did not truly enjoy Karts. However, with VR, I decided to spend 10K on the off chance it may be fun. Of course, I chose the Nordschleife as a first experience, and, for added impact, IN THE RAIN. Here's a sample...



Despite many excursions and losing many places, I found myself back in #1 on the final straight until over-confidence sent me back to a last place finish. But it was pretty funny.

Then, for some revenge, I chose different cars, better weather, same location

Today I noticed that replays of Nordschleife races recorded before the Xiaomi sponsorship no longer show the old Yokohama branding on the bridge just past Aremberg.

You know the spotā€”itā€™s right before the fast downhill run into Fuchsrƶhre. In May 2025, the Yokohama signage was replaced with Xiaomi advertising.

So I guess that when tracks are updated, all old replays are updated too.

On Thursday, I had purchased the new cars of Update 1.62. I then entered two time trials, one of which I reached silver. I also completed the last race of August - Week 4 of the Weekly Challenges. Heading to Friday, I entered the Honda Racing eMS time trial. I would then enter the game in the subsequent days for one thing - to complete the daily workout. I had also performed a daily workout today while I also uploaded a new decal.
 
Yesterday i raced some custom races with Sophy and without.
Payments are better than GT7 created races.
It will be great addition if they add rain in Sophy races.
 
"Man cannot live on bread alone" hence I cannot live on GT7 alone either.....

I did the Spa 900 with the Tomahawk Gr.1. I was enjoying the race chasing the rabbit I get to lap 5 and all the cars in front of me pit so I am in first then I noticed the sky looks dark. Didn't realize it rains in this race but luckily I had wets to switch to because the tsunami came. It was yellow and red portions of rain the rest of the race. The rain kinda took away from my fun as I knew once it started that I was gong to win which I did. Didn't get the CRB because I ran into the back of a couple of cars. I will be more careful next time. Got 10 k cr from 4 star ticket
 
Was yesterday I did the weekly event. I bought the ford GT LM race car. I also tried to do the vision GT event 3 times and my PS5 crashed. Anyone else have issues. Sometimes when I use GT7 I get in game and then select an event then PS5 crashes. I went to safe mode rebuild data base and it fixed it but I dunno why I have an issue. I still donā€™t play GT7 much once twice a week do the weekly etc, Iā€™m also getting close to owning all brand central cars. Do own all used cars and a few from legendary dealership expect 10 million and up cars though need to race more and save hard. Also just need some vision cars 6-7 left and a super formula to own.

Hello there!

Friday night I set a lap time in the newer online time trial challenge (Clio RS at Sardegna) and also tried my hand in the Honda Gr.2/Lago Maggiore one.

On Saturday I finished the weekly challenge races and bought (another) Civic EF '87 in order to engine swapp it. Lovely lovely car.
