(I haven’t had this much fun in ages, giggling to myself every time I drive the legend itself)

I won a 2JZ from my 6 star engine ticket and put it into the GR86. I then modified my newly-obtained 86 GT before taking both cars out to Watkins Glen. I also drove the Ford GT GTE, completed the American FR Challenge, American Clubman Cup and the circuit experience, then drove the Sauber C9.

Is that you in the red one? ;)

I went and bought a couple of 86's (the '15 and '21) to win a whopping 30k in the roulette, won an LS7-BRZ from the rotary menu, went looking for the missing NSX from my Type-R collection (and didn't find it, so patience is key for that one), then headed out to Watkins Glen. First run was in my '15 Mustang in the 550PP American Challenge, which took me two attempts due to my lack of knowledge of the circuit. Second run was in the Mustang Gr.3 Road Car in the 700PP American Clubman Cup, which was a cakewalk now that I knew the first half of the circuit and the last couple of corners...
I then went out for a custom Gr.3 night race in my Corvette Gr.3 to see Watkins Glen by night - loads of fun, even if I only placed 6th of 10 against my own cars!

Definitely fell in love with the Glen, a track I last played in a game since Papyrus's Nascar Racing 2003 IIRC (yep, only a few little years ago).

Golded all three events, in process of golding the CE (why it had to be the G70??), meanwhile, did this since it was almost made for it to happen, green calipers be damned:

Did you have to do all those liveries for each car separately or is there a way to save off a template and apply it to multiple cars?

Been having a blast this week on GT7. Apart from the few minor issue (which I can look past), the update, small improvements to the interface, new track (which is great track) and few other improvements, this is starting to turning into a great game! Obviously would like some more single player mode, but… hopefully will get more added soon.

This week so far I’ve done loads of daily races. Mainly race c which I think is one the best races we had for a while. Race b again is great. Not a fan of fuel saving but it actually seems to work ok on this race. if they knock the fuel x down by one or two it could be great race allowing some fuel saving and some flat out racing. Race a I’ve done 3/4 races but its not as fun as I was expecting. Just too many gaps between cars made it a lonely race.
Online lobbies had fun in there too. Done a few and had great races (as long as your in a good group).
Also done a few WTC700 at La Sarthe to do some grinding for some credits. Plus its actually a good race with decent payout too.

Delighted by the addition of The Glen to GT7 (Watkins Glen being an easy day’s drive from the possum tree, as well as being the home of an absolutely delicious track), I just had to post a story over in the “Tell Us a Story” thread - LINK

I bought the Escudo, Ford and GT86 '15 to get the 4 star ticket. Got WRX GrB road car from it. I finally took time to add some cars to my favorites. I took the Living legend to the Glen and did the 800 race. It was going to be a 2 stopper so I quit and I went to look for the s15 with the Supra engine. I didn't realize I had 2 of them so I got a little worried when I chose the wrong one :) I found the right one and created a livery for it and did some modifying and increased the hp. I think I got it 592 or something like and the torque is 650 or so. I took it to the Glen and realized I needed some brakes as it did not want to stop and coming out of turns too much gas caused the rear to get a little bit loose. So I went to get some brakes and put a little bit more downforce and raised the anti roll a little bit. I went to Laguna Seca to do some more testing and I just about got it right. It still kinda slides through curves I think all of that torque might be the issue. I think I might need just a little bit ballast. I think I might also fully tune my other S15 for reference to get the swapped one where I want it handling wise

Purchased an RX8 to complete the Rotary "menu" (menus should have races, not just cars to buy) to get the engine ticket. Got the Ford Coyote engine and stuck it in the 71 'Mach 1, which I'll probably never drive.

Completed two of the three Watkins Glen races for the daily workout. Got a 5* ticket reward of the Jaguar VGT.

The Escudo is just as good as it used to be. Grip for days, insane acceleration, and now with the addition of the full UHD treatment inside and out. What a machine!

Got silver in the online time trial with it at Alsace. I really don’t care too much for gold in these things. That million-credit reward will be more than enough for me.

I also picked up wins with the Escudo in the Sardegna WTC800, Le Mans WTC700, Watkins Glen WTC800, and the Sainte-Croix Race of Turbo Sportscars.

Bought a GT86 and a GR86 to complete the extra menu. I got the NSX gr B as I had all the Honda cars required. The prize roulette gave me a 964 engine, now installed in my VW T1.
The daily workout roulette (4 stars) was a ultra high rpm turbo kit for a FD3S (I previously won other)
Tried to gold the Skyline 2000 Gtr eco challenge, impossible, I'll buy the FC3S when it'll be available at the used cars dealer.
Bronzed the Watkins Glen circuit experience.

I also bought the 1932 Ford today since I am a biased American.

With some tuning, it isn’t that bad to drive. It’s actually fairly good. I was able to tune it to 550PP and easily beat the American FR Challenge 550 races at Willow Springs and Watkins Glen.

Just manage the throttle properly and you’ll be fine. Maybe I will slap on the comfort softs, tune it to 450PP and run it in Daily Race A for 💩s and gigs tomorrow.

So 1.7 million credits & no damned headlights. It's crackers mate, crackers.
You'd expect an F1 type car having no headlights , wouldn't you.
The original car had no headlights because they were extra weight not needed for Pikes Peak...

Finished off a race I had started at Sarthe last night. Apparently I must’ve been fairly intoxicated because I was halfway through the race and sitting in 9th in an absolute deluge. Managed the win, but no CRB! 4* ticky that gave me 10K.

Test-ran K20’s C63 with some minute adjustment. It feels like I may have actually tamed the beast.

Pulled the XJ out as I haven’t done anything to it since purchase. Bolt-on upgrades only for now, then stripped them back off to get down to 700, lol. Minor changes to the ride height and downforce and boom, left France ablaze. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive bone stock, I highly recommend it.

Next up is Praiano's 300ZX.
For me it's back to Spa and Sardegna to earn another 10 million for the Jag.
SO worth it, wonderful car.

Decided I wanted to top my friends list for the Watkins CE as I’m normally way down the order. Theres some quick guys on the board so was delighted to clear the next fastest by 2 tenths. For now…..
