Such content would be in DLC, not a patch. Probably there won't be DLC for SCC.
Everything about the next patch(es) can be found at the Eutechnyx board(http://forums.eutechnyx.com, down atm).
The next patch will fix freezing in replays and is already submitted to Sony.
After that a glitch in the car setup is going to be fixed and more I can't remember.
