I wanna see the world map, its confirmed but not shown.
GT3 dumped it which made me not play it, but GT4 brought it back and better than ever.
i imagine GT4 is gonna have so much on the map this time![]()
I just found my copy of GT3 and I have to disagree. The layout in GT4 is way too busy to be considered good. As for not buying a game cause of lack of map, that's just silly.
I'm stuck up on GT2, i like the feeling of 'traveling' around a space, and not just going through menus with everything right there. being an avid rpg fan, its just my preference for an in game interface.
I liked how dealerships where broken up into their respective zones, as well as tracks, and alternate dealerships. not all in one list. Lets just say i'm a very visual person, next to game play, a great visual presentation is extremely important to me. GT4 would not have been the same for me if everything was simply in a list...
in GT3, the whole thing just bland...
If this game truly comes out in 2010, THAT will be the biggest surprise.
All I want is to be able to get to the various bits and pieces of the game as quickly and simply as possible. Be it buying, choosing, or tuning a car, picking a race series or track...whatever. I actually found the map interface in GT4 got in the way, and hope that GT5 manages a good blend of the two extremes.
I am dead serious. I will be truly shocked but very happy if they truly release GT5 this year.![]()
Travelling through space would be cool, but the map interfance in GT4 just didn't work for me. Too busy, unintuitive, and clunky. Form over function, but I'm sure they won't make the same mistake again...I hope!ACcartoonsHey, I thought everyone loved the feeling of travelling through space...!?![]()
