Ok, just wanna know. Have you played Fate/EXTRA for PSP? The game that involves a 'rock-paper-scissor' pattern and what they call Masters & Servants.

No, it's not, although there are some characters from there that appeared in the game, like Rin, Archer, Tiger, Kotomine, etc.

Anyway, do you still remember which of the 3 servants did you pick when you played the game?
 
Dark Souls, until I rage quit because of the Anor Londo archers.
MGS4, until I rage quit at the Liquid Ocelot fight.

I need something fun to play, because both of these games stopped being games and started being cheap ways to annoy me. I mean seriously, the first two times I fought Ocelot, during the MGS2 bit he didn't do much damage. Then when I was doing well, he suddenly discovered a new move which took a quarter of my health off in one hit.

Just about the only part in the game that is truly unfair...

Either way, I just picked up a copy of Savant Ascent for $ 1.99. Not a fan of the dubstep soundtrack, but damn, that's one hell of an addicting game. Simple, mindless fun. And rewarding as well. Art style is cool, too. And it's not the worst kind of dubstep...

No, not yet, it hasn't been released here so I've not thought to buy it so far. I think I might just pick it up soon though...

That's good to know because I've loved the game up until this point. I think I might go and give it a few more tries today maybe.


Apart from that, I decided to pick up Payday again (I have it on my PC and played a little, then I got it from PS+ as well) and had loads of fun with that. Except, of course, for when I was getting tasered and no one helped me, even when they were standing behind and facing the taserer...
 
I am super busy with games, so many new ones, and limited time ... Max Payne 3 Ultimate Edition, Mortal Kombat Komplete, Mass Effect Trilogy ( barely played the 1st ), Ferrari The Race Experience, NASCAR 2011 The Game, FIFA 13, Gundam games, SuperStars V8, Spartacus Legends, Dust .. not including the old ones like GT5 :grumpy:

I play a Dota 2, whenever me and a friend of mine get around to doing so. Which means that I have played very little over the past three months or so and am, as such, quite bad at the moment. It's getting better, however 👍

In other news, I picked up Shank 2 yesterday. Quite gruesome, but quite enjoyable as well. Also spending some quality time with Forza 4 and my Fanatec 👍
 
I'm playing the hell out of XCOM Enemy Unknown. They almost completely captured the charm of the first one and still improved on it quite a bit. If you haven't, I seriously urge you to give this game a chance. It's incredibly complex and rewarding - it just requires some patience to get used to it.
 
Since I never bought 2012, I've been playing F1: 2011 quite frequently lately. Still a good game, although I think I'll step up to 2013 when it releases. Also been playing Minecraft some, and made a League of Legends account yesterday so we'll see how that goes. Seems like there's soooo much to learn if you want to play LoL.
 
Been playing a lot of Skyrim, going to get that Legendary pack when I get some extra cash plus with the trade-in of the Vanilla, haven't play any of the DLCs yet :(

And Metal Gear Solid still plays well even after 15 years, in fact for the first two months of PS3 ownership it's all I played as I wasn't particularly impressed by Resistance nor Rainbow Six: Vegas! Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 are also worth checking out, they're included in the HD Collection (as part of MGS 3).


I'm enjoying Payday so much that I'm strongly considering a PC pre-order of Payday 2. It's £30, so it would be the fifth or sixth expensive Steam game I've ever bought at full price, but it's either that or the MGS Legacy Collection which is about £40 plus any shipping fees Play Asia want to charge. Alternatively I could wait until my brother or sister go back to America (they both now have relationships across the Atlantic for some reason), that would be cheaper.

Ah, DotA... Used to play it whenever me and my cousins get together. Fun times the 5 of us had. That was a long time ago though. Good times.
