Aha. About the allowance, I get 4 dollars a week. Max. And about the temperature, 20 degrees celsius is good for me.

Allowance? Lucky you. A gear grinder since I just realized it, I have no allowance, and I can't get a job. $35 so far... that's all I have. :( 25 from grandparents, 5 that I found on the ground.

I need to find stuff I can sell.

$25 + $5 = $30...

You can't get a job because you can't add. :sly:

Have you thought about recycling cans?

Oops. My bad guys. Didn't get any sleep so bad math is a result. :/

Not funny. I can't get a job because they all have one of these as requirements:
1. Drivers license (Have to be 18 here for a full license)
2. Be 18
3. High School degree

I am no where near any of them at the moment. It confuses me due to hearing about other teens getting jobs, where do they get them?!

Child labor laws state that you can get a part-time job at 15. :odd: 18 for a drivers license? And you need a high school degree to work at a MickeyD's?

Over in Maryland, a full license at 18. Pretty stupid right? Used to be 16 a few years back. (I think)

I'm not even sure what MickyD's is...

Oh and I can't even find a part-time job without those requirements.

McDonalds. 👍
Edit: Tree'd

Oh. Well I'm not too sure about that then. I'd probably have to drive myself there... which I could do in a few years. As of now... nope.

Maybe I heard wrong, but I thought you could drive at 16 or something over there?

It was like that few years back. Every state has different age requirements.

McDonalds is MickyD's.

EDIT: Tree'd by a mile.

You still have 61 left though.

Yeah, but the thing is, Christmas is coming up, so that's going to cost a fair chunk of money. :indiff:

Snow shoveling? Damn, that's a good idea. Thanks nk4e. What grinds my gears? Father questioning my decision to want to go to college.

Just do anything. Last Summer I made £50 just for watering my neighbours plants when they were on holiday.

Ah I see...but why??? Seems silly to me but that's probably because I don't live there or know any of your laws.

Over here in 'Merica, some if not most laws (maybe even all) that are passed by the government, can then be altered at the state level. Which is why states do things differently. You may know this, for why? Maybe it's the people and their silly opinions.

Paper Routes, Pulling weeds, cutting the grass for other neighbors, shoveling snow.

I already have a job. I do a few chores at my uncle's every Saturday, and that's where I get my €24 per week from.

Someone threw a egg and a condom at my window last night..

It Grinds my Gears..

He shall pay..

Jai
With an egg inside a condom..

Nothing was intended to splatter..

Just to break..

It's still a bit odd. Just use a brick, but an egg and a condom. Hmmmmmmm. Mentally disturbed person.
