Wow. Only 115 pounds? At that weight I'd be chugging down milkshakes.

Now grinding my gears is the horribly long time it takes to install the original Assassin's Creed off the Revelations disc. (7+ gigs!) I'm going to set my alarm for 5:00. It should be done by then.

Well, ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers to go at McDonalds. Get home and find I have 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 with no cheese, and 1 with no burger. So in reality I got a bacon cheeseburger, a bacon burger, and a bacon cheesebun. I am not happy.

 It's really annoying when you make Facebook statuses as well. Now I've read this twice...

To reach the goal of 145 lbs. before my birthday, I would have to have over 2800 calories a day, which is insane (I'm 5'10").

That's not too hard, just drink half of your calories and eat the other half.

And the install hit the nitro and is now finished.

It can be done. I've lost 30 lbs in a couple weeks before and I've gained 20 lbs in one week. I've gained nearly 40 in the last year and am finally at a healthy weight again. 5' 10, 160 lbs :) Oh and eating unhealthy isn't a good way to pack on weight. What's the point? Gain it with whole foods or your doing yourself less of a favour gaining that weight.

What grinds my gears? Being so nauseous right now I haven't eaten in 24 hours now and everytime I try it won't stay down. I'm very hungry and food is calling me...

At least they didn't withhold any bacon from you, that would be a real catastrophe.

@matty: Calm the 🤬 down buddy. Not all my facebook friends are on GTP. @ParkourVeyron: The challenge is doing it with healthy food. Because I can get like 3000 with junk food easily. And the junk food is easily accessible. In fact I'm having reheated fries, and the caffeine from the Dr. Pepper is keeping me awake. And my mom will wake me at 8 am tomorrow and that grinds my gears.

@Vandenal: Try using protein shakes and smoothies. I like a nice vanilla protein shake with some orange juice in it. Try using stuff you can make yourself-take 3 bananas, a cup of protein shake powder, milk, yogurt and ice and blend it. That's chock-full of natural sugar and calories (500+) and it's full of protein.

I think it's a global problem with young people. That is if the music in question is the same thing.
It isn't the same but the point IS universal - taste for music has dwindled greatly in the past 10 to 15 years.

As the effects of auto-tuning came into effect. Everything went terrible. Pop singers can't sing, they just dance these days.

Yup, dairy products, pasta, rice and noodles are key. You need carbohydrates and healthy fats. Protein will make the problem worse, as the more muscle you put on (you won't unless you work out hard) the more fat and calories your body will burn.

Protein on its own is fairly useless as it isn't very calorie dense. Protein shakes should only really be used to top up your protein consumption from normal foods as most are full of nasty stuff.

Back on topic, sunglasses. Why are they so easy to break? In my lifetime I will spend thousands on them due to how fragile they are! :ouch:

20 years old, 6 foot, 10st 6lbs. Or 146lbs/67kg for the rest of you.

Is that good? Well, I don't care.

Boredom must be the worst gear grinder of all time.

You must be scrawny.

Just kidding. Lol

Well I'm definitely not well build, that's obvious. But I have a deceptively built body, to be fair to myself. I also enjoy a high metabolism so... food galore!

Highway driving. Not doing anything while I'm driving makes me want to sleep. It's either that or my car is too comfy for long drives.
The recent hot weather doesen't help the wanting to sleep situation.

The 2 late shifts I do a week also grind my gears. Not only does it destroy my sleep patterns, I often want to fall asleep at work.

My brother says he saw a DB5 Vantage, and I don't know if he is BS'ing or not :grumpy:

Some kid I know keeps claiming he's seen an F10 M5 parked outside the Co-op in my local town, where there is probably 1 person rich enough to afford one in the entire county, and I'd doubt they shop in Co-op...

I once saw a 550 Maranello in front of Wal-Mart. I thought that it was ironic, but then I realized, and have since been told in an online race in GT as well as parents, that thriftiness probably contributed largely to his ability to purchase such a car. Unless someone is filthy rich or stupid, they will save as much as they can even though they have a lot, so that they can afford bigger and better things.

Anyway, on to the gear-grinder. Everyone is complaining about me. Either I don't try, my grades aren't good enough, I don't seem as talkative, my girlfriend says I don't want to hang out just because I'm going to a fun skatepark that I haven't been to in two years tomorrow, when we hung out Friday night. My grades have been dropping, but it's because I've felt so depressed lately that I can barely focus. I fell asleep with my head up in class already, and when I am awake my mind is flying through a hundred other things. Midterms are this week, too, and focus is very important. Usually when I put music on it becomes the only thing on my mind other than the task at hand, so that helps, and it blocks out any distractions which is important, since I think I have a mild case of ADD. Of course, though, iPods and MP3 players are not allowed, so I don't know how I will do. I want to become a mechanical engineer one day, so my math grade of 80 will need to be pulled up, as well as the 87 in Chemistry. Stress gets to me way too easily.

For 🤬 sake!!! I've just spent a few hours working out the problems with GTR2 demo. And now I 've finally started racing with a good setup, and everything. Stuffed up a few races. And then on lap 5, I was having the perfect race, then suddenly I get an annoying bug where you lose control of the car. It keeps the wheel at the same lock constantly for a few seconds as well as the power and you can't stop it so I do the natural thing when a car turns to much into the inside and onto the infield and turn the other way and suddenly the car flicks around and crashes into the wall. I was in second, my highest result so far, and that happens.  How the 🤬 do I stop this happening!!!!? I get this problem often, but for the past week, two weeks I haven't had the problem. But now!

Ugh... I had a super long and helpful reply to rb26x's post typed out on the phone, and my Samsung SPH-M300 decided to reset right as I clicked the submit button. And I'm not going to retype it, I don't have the energy to do so. :banghead:

Summarize!

How sometimes when my PS3 freezes I get that stupid "corrupted file" thing even though it's always fine.

^Agreed. Motorcross get's near to no recognition. It's quite big here though.

What Grinds my Gears is when you're trying to have a conversation with someone and some random pushes in and they won't bugger off.

Are you watching the supercross? It's just been years races so far, but so incredible.

Also grinding my gears, cold weather with no snow. Either be cold and snow like it's going out of style or be nice and warm and don't snow.
