You guys start too late. I start school at 7:00 AM, and leave at 1:15 PM. Seven 50-minute blocks of classes.

Try four 80-minute classes and one 40-minute lunch. Then add in an hour for time between classes(got ten minutes to get to class from bus and at end of day you got 10 minutes to get to the bus, which allows for four more 10 minute time blocks to get to classes and lunch) and lunch. That's about 8 hours of school. Get up at 6AM, get out of the house at 7:14, run to the bus because I always leave late due to my laziness, get to class at 7:40 and get on the buses at 2:40PM to go home. I finally get home at 3:30PM. So the time consumed in my High School days was a ton and in my last two years of high school I was learning about IT Tech A+ stuff so it's an extra two bus rides for me so I could learn that stuff in an education center. And yet I still made perfect attendance in my last year of high school. I was 1 of 8 people who had a perfect attendance record of my 550-ish graduate seniors. I got a $100 bond that will mature in 20 years(certain amount of time and if you take money out early you only get a small portion out depending how long you wait) out of that. So the bond has 20 years of time compounding after each month for interest. After it has reached it's $100 value from $50 it's got till the 30 year mark to make profit through interest.

Not bad huh?

What time do you guys get up in the morning?! I've got school from 8:40 till 3:15, get up at half-six and I'm still late once or twice! (Mind you, I have a shower in the morning, it takes 15min to walk to the train station and I sometimes go on GTP before leaving :p)

Lucky you, you start 5 minutes later :p and end at the same time.

I have to get up at 7, walk down the driveway at 7.32. Just make it to the bus at 7.38 or 7.39. And get to school at about 8. School starts at 8.35 (8.50 on Wednesdays, which is annoying when no one comes to school until about 8.40 and the buses are all at the same times ) 5 1 hour classes of putting up with people I don't really like (15 minute form time, 40 minute break and 20 minute break, plus 5 minutes between each class). After school wait for half an hour and get on the bus around 3.45 (once the bus didn't come until 4.10). Takes about half an hour for the ride home (note that the bus is slower in the afternoon to do the exact same route but with an extra 5 minutes added to pick up another school). It takes 5-10 minutes to walk up the driveway and then I get home.

10-20 minutes to evacuate my bowels and to eat some food (not at the same time :p). For awhile now I then work for two and a half hours on the shed (it gets dark at 7 so we have to stop working). Then finally we have tea and I have two or three hours to myself. Then it's time to go to sleep at 11 PM.

Now that's not very much fun. :(

I'm also lucky that it's raining. Means I don't have to work all of today.

That is a big gear grinder (the average day)

Try having to go into uni for 11, having a hot chocolate, then having a 50 minute lecture, then going home. Talk about stressful. :irked:

When my demon cat bites.

Tell me about it....Stupid cat doesn't learn no matter how much I beat/kick/spray it.

I have to resort to booting his arse out the door nowadays :nervous:

Edit:

I would like to point out I don't continuously beat my cat, I "correct him" when he is clawing up my curtains/scratching my telly, sofa, or favourite jeans.

Other than that he is generally OK and a source of amusement

Don't do that shem!!! He's going to find every dang post he made that doesn't have the word cat and post it! :scared:. Having to bowl at 9am on a Saturday. I want to go to the library and post my youtube vid. Now I don't think I can.

My cat is the worst when he finds a cardboard box, he will sit there all day, and when somebody attempts to walk past he will pounce out and attack them.. He is overly playful, or just deadly..

I blame the chicken in his food.

He's a cat. What do you expect? Him to make you breakfast in bed? All cats do the same, they are related to tigers you know.

Then my cats must be related to some coward tigers

Sounds like Jai's is related to a trap door spider.

Cats are mildly retarded.

With my cats, replace mildly with 100% retarded. What grinds my gears? Going to bowling at 9am and not being able to bowl. What's the point of going anyways? :grumpy:

You never know, you might meet the love of your life... :D

...in bowling shoes. :irked:

:strike:

Asshole cops in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit. Then again, I've only just picked up the game after not playing it for 2 months.

Physics homework that asks for an answer in Hz but only gives me the option of answers in m :grumpy: or that does not give me enough data to work out the answer e.g. just giving me wavelength and asking to find the frequency pfft, where is the speed?! :grumpy: either that or I've just gotten dumb overnight :dunce:

If they haven't given you a speed then it's one you're expected to know I reckon. Like the speed of white light... ;)

My cat loves to sit in a cardboard box all day too. 👍
Weird creatures...

It just says an 'An electromagnetic signal is sent down the tube' its not a specified wave, I did think it may be something like you mentioned but its not specified upon checking again several times

A fight almost breaking out at my baseball game.

No biggie. :p

That's sort of my school day. Get up at 6:30am, get to school at 7:00, class starts at 7:40am, 79 minute classes, 1 or 2 half hour periods, get out of school at 2:10pm, get on bus, get home at 3:30pm, oh and I have a half mile walk downhill after I moved to a new house over the summer -.- in high school too.

I get up typically at 7am. I then go to school by car at around 8:30am for breakfast (I eat breakfast at home but I go anyways) before going to Homeroom at 8:45am, but school officially starts at 9am. At dismissal I go straight to my designated rendezvous spot for my parents to pick me up.
