Well, after I had to restart the update twice because of the wifi timing out and my computer going to sleep, it's 9:30 and at 3 hours left now. I'm feeling a bit better now, but not that much.

Try turning off your Firewall. That helped me. But turn it on when your done downloading it.
 
Once, a worm came into my room in the night, and was on my pillow when I woke up..

Once when I was 2, Jaws was on, and a guy got killed by a shark, so I giggled and walked away

The Tiger's game is really frustrating me. It just went in to the tenth inning! Just win, it's not that hard!

Of course I'm kidding but they should win.

Wait. Do you sleep outside because I've seen a lot of creepy crawlies in my house, but a worm? First of all what would a worm be doing in a house? Don't those stupid things like moisture? Maybe you were drooling? And second, how did it get up your bed? Is it some kind of super ninja adhesive worm?

It was a worm, a chunky worm too.. How it got in I have no idea, could of climbed onto the clothes while they were hanging outside.

Secondly, my non-existent mattress has cause me yet another day of stiffness so much that I've had to call in sick, missing a day of work with no pay (used all my sick days for bad hangovers). That's another £200 to shell out on a mattress.

I have a class today that is at a really important part of their course and the Chinese teacher I cooperate with doesn't have the ability to manage them properly despite being a good teacher.

I have painkillers in the fridge, 3 of them but I'm not really feeling them because I'm developing a cold. Mrs Shem is at uni so I've no readily available source of food.

On top of that I haven't received any info about the banquet I was meant to be attending tonight. Chances are my dad will inform me what's going on at the last minute which will further add to my utterly crap day!

(Now there's a good rant!)

This is another gear-grinder, to me at least. Using of instead of have, and it's becoming rather common too :mad:

Ahhaha obviously impossible for a worm to do. As if a worm could break and enter Ito your house at night time than make its way up the stairs and climb up a bed and get to the pillow. I'm sure some mean person in your house did it.
I had a similar story tho. Same thing night time and I go upstairs to go to sleep and pull the covers back just about to slip in. Until I stop for a second and take a second look at what was under those covers. It was one of those giant mosquitoes somehow under the covers, like two inches from my pillow, with it's wings ripped off dead. I was terrified. It was like the god father when the guy pulls back the sheets and finds a horses head only small scale.
 
Anyone remember Worms on the PS1? Worms can use jetpacks, so surely they could enter ones living quarters.
 
When those people at the bus terminal who are eager to ensure they get a seat on the bus happen to be the people get off at the very first stop the bus goes to... honestly, I know it sounds rude, but for the sake of making it easier on everyone else (especially when the bus is packed from rush hour), please get on the bus last if you're going to be getting off within the first 5 stops... :banghead: *flips a table*

Same goes for the elevators... Luckily the elevators I use ONLY go to the 5th and 6th floor... and I get off on the 5th so I let more people get on before I do.
