This really grinds my gears. I don't mind that people can change their username. I remember one forum I was a part of for over 5 years, I wished I could change my username, but couldn't. What really grinds my gears is when people change their username, but don't put something in their signature about it.

I actually think that it should be mandatory for people who have changed their username to devote one line of their signature to it as it can be quite confusing sometimes.

But what about small username changes, they obviously don't need anything. For example when I went from Skython11 to Skython and VANDENAL to Vandenal. They don't need anything like that.

What Skython said. Pretty much if a name change is like changing the capitalization of letters or removal of numbers, it isn't really a big deal.

My past actions. For example, I acted so badly toward my former best friend. Now I always second guess myself in social situations and relationships. I didn't think, and now I've thought about it, and I just want to scream and hurt inanimate objects because they can't feel pain, and as long as I own the things that's not illegal.

That probably sounds really bad, like I am going to get reckless but I won't.

@BubbleBelly I used to be the same way. I deal with it by not letting the past affect my future. By just thinking if I didn't do those things, I wouldn't be who I am today.

But going from ryanb98 to E28 is a big change. First post I saw of him I was like "who the hell are you, with 2,000 posts. How have I never seen you before". Then I realised.

And I can't believe the Christmas smiles have gone. :grumpy:

What do you mean by second guess yourself?

Idiot riders! 🤬 2 guys coming on the other side of the road cut across right in front of us, without indicating that he was going to turn in. Barely 1ft away from clipping his rear wheel at 45km/h! Granted, my grandad and I were not too happy about it

There's so many of them who take blind corners, I sometimes am scared just to even ride on my bicycle!

I don't know what happens in the mind of someone who drives a bike like that, I'm guessing something gets switched off.
I've had a close call myself some time ago where I looked back to pass someone, didn't see anything. And in just 3 seconds when I'm on the left lane I get passed on wrong side and he just blew between both cars, nearly scared me and the person I was passing to death.

The last letter is the same so it's not that different. :p

E28

It is very different. Light and elephant end in the same letter, and they're very different.
CARCRASH
Only having another 2 days 'till I have to go back to school.
I go back next Friday. :p

Idiot drivers grind my gears. Some guy in a Jag pulled out in right front of us without looking earlier, and continued to drive badly all the time were behind him. Chances are he was drunk too, since where had he pulled out of? A pub of course...

Of course he probably meant character or number, rather then letter. As the number 8 was the last one for both. Unless your being sarcastic...

I really hope he realizes numbers aren't letters haha.

That's fine. But if for example, I changed my username to "Dick Dastardly" without any warning, I would put a notice in my sig.

"who the hell are you, with 2,000 posts. How have I never seen you before". Then I realised.

This is exactly how I feel. Is it really too difficult to list that in your sig for a month or two? Small changes like Skython mentioned are ok left unexplained though.

Had my driving license computer test yesterday. Just imagine, I arrived at the center around 9 in the morning and only allowed to took the test at 4? That's a 7 hours wait!

It was all worth it because I passed the test. A great start to a new year it seems :)

It's now I'm my sig and not next to my username.

They're the same thing! :p

I know this grinds everyone's gears but the people who crash you on purpose online. Why? What is the point? It's not even fun.

Its just a game, chill out. What grinds my gears? Writing a serious post about my goal for the new year, get one like. Write a pointless status about food, and get five likes. What the heck?

It's Facebook. What do you expect?

I've never even tried Facebook before. After Bebo I decided I'd never do any of that stuff again. It's a waste of time and I just find it irritating. I just see those sites as a place where people fight for attention.

You hit the nail on the head. 👍
What annoying me is fireworks. It's only 9.30, stop setting them off. At midnight, yes go ahead, but 9.30? I don't think so.
