ITS ELECTRIC DUH WHAT DO YA THINK!!👎

👎 Bad post. Use readable grammar, punctuation, and spelling. And don't be an ass.

I'm actually interested in this. Is the fuel guy missing? Does the battery charge? Anyone have a screen shot?

Yes, let's try and keep things civil on here.
After reading the post I would like to know too. But not so much as to actually buy a Tesla:sly:

I'm going to check when I get home, I assume its just going to act exactly like a normal car and refuel it.

A guy in the pit crew should run over with some AA batteries.

You can change tires. That's it. No refuel option at all. After the car's out of juice, it's a 50 mph cruise from there.

Might be like when you run FGT through the car wash. Guys wash the air around the car. So maybe generic sequence for all refueling.

I hope they bring out an extension lead and make me wait for 4 hours. That said, the real Nissan Leaf has a 20 minute quick charge. I'd even enjoy that.

I did a test like 3 months ago with the I-miev, tesla & GTBC concept... All pitted and the fuel guy did nothing. He left the fuel can sitting on the ground next to him and stared at the cars angrily...

DO not do an enduro in an electric car :(

Didn't I see a Top Gear where Clarkson basically ran the battery flat in just a few laps or so at flat out speeds? Those range figures only work if you drive like your Granny...

Just did test with Tesla.

21 mins battery flat.
Enter pits, guy with fuel can approached car, couldn't find fuel cap and let me continue at 80 km/h for the rest of the race as my battery stayed flat.

Yup true indeed.
The same happen to my GTbyCitreon Concept.
Died after lap 18 of 20 lap.

I wasn't thinking about it and enter the Tesla in the Laguna Seca 200miles endurance race. Well, you can guess what happened at lap 21 :ouch:

Not even half of the laps i suppose.lol :p
Oh, mine was at Rome.
I was thinking they would recarge or something but the unthinkable happen.
PD should fix this. It doesn't matter if it had to be recharge for hours.
I want to take it to 24 Nurb. :D

20 mins driving, pull into the charge station, 4 hours waiting. Should complete about 12 laps/24hrs.

Actually, it perfectly illustrates the limitations of a pure electric car. They should've included a Chevy Volt in the game. At least then you'd have a proper internal combustion engine to keep you going once the batteries ran out. :sly:

Guess you're right. Chevy Volt. PD, listen to this.
On a second thought, Chevy Volt Racing Version? :D

Energy problem solved, never have to stop for fuel in a 24 Hour race again!

Thats the nuclear powered ford from the '50s right? I don't know about you, but personally recent events scared me off of uranium for ever :scared:
