What happens when you go into the pit with a Tesla?

I'm going to check when I get home, I assume its just going to act exactly like a normal car and refuel it.

A guy in the pit crew should run over with some AA batteries.

Might be like when you run FGT through the car wash. Guys wash the air around the car. So maybe generic sequence for all refueling.

I hope they bring out an extension lead and make me wait for 4 hours. That said, the real Nissan Leaf has a 20 minute quick charge. I'd even enjoy that.

I did a test like 3 months ago with the I-miev, tesla & GTBC concept... All pitted and the fuel guy did nothing. He left the fuel can sitting on the ground next to him and stared at the cars angrily...

Didn't I see a Top Gear where Clarkson basically ran the battery flat in just a few laps or so at flat out speeds? Those range figures only work if you drive like your Granny...

Just did test with Tesla.

21 mins battery flat.
Enter pits, guy with fuel can approached car, couldn't find fuel cap and let me continue at 80 km/h for the rest of the race as my battery stayed flat.

I was thinking they would recarge or something but the unthinkable happen.
PD should fix this. It doesn't matter if it had to be recharge for hours.
I want to take it to 24 Nurb.

Actually, it perfectly illustrates the limitations of a pure electric car. They should've included a Chevy Volt in the game. At least then you'd have a proper internal combustion engine to keep you going once the batteries ran out.
