Am I the only one wondering how a trophy saying "reach lvl 40" means lvl 40 is max lvl? Maybe my English skills isn't up to par for this one, but I wouldn't assume lvl 40 is max before anyone reach it

Yeah just because there is a trophy to reach level 40 that doesn't mean 40 is definately the maximum, it would make sense but can't say for sure.
In Bad Company 2 for example the level trophy was reach rank 22 but the maximum is 50.
