It is the FT86 Concept II which was given to people who bought 2 of the October DLC if I'm right. It is also tradeable

Either buy 2 of the same October DLC pack or trade for it. I already see you have a thread in the Marketplace trying to trade for it though. It isn't a concept 2 either, it 's a Concept II

yeah i know but i really want , but the october dlc is car pack 1 right ?
so if i buy another car pack 1 its 100% sure i get the concept II?

I'm not sure if that has expired yet but as I said, you're already trading for it so what's the point in spending another £6 on a car pack when you can get it for free by trading?

yeah you are right , i wait , but now its like a new dlc for me wich i dont have , and when a new dlc come out i want it as soon as possible

But to get the car you have to buy 2 of the same thing so it won't really be new DLC.

You don't have to buy a second car pack. What I did was buy a second paint pack and got the car. This will only work if you have already bought a paint pack OR bought the full pack when it was avaiable (this included the race car pack, track pack, paint pack, and gear pack.) Buying a second paint pack is way cheaper than buying a second car pack.

This also assumes the deal is still available, as Ross said.

Only if the deal is still available. I did this when the car first came out. I can't promise you it still works.
