What kind of shifter did the Porsche 917 have?

I'm trying to make a 3D model of one, and trying to figure out the interior as best I can. I understand the knob was wood.

5 Speed Manual I believe.
I'm a Porsche fanatic lol.

Yeah well not enough of a Porsche fan.

The early coupes and the 917K's had 4 speeds.
The LH coupes had five speeds.
The turbocharged Spiders varied as they could fit a four or five speed gearbox. I'm pretty sure the iconic 917/30 had a five-speed.

And as Cracker said, balsa wood knob for ligthness. A feature echoed on the Carrera GT.
