I was tempted to buy that earlier today, but I'm going to wait for a special edition and try to get it for under £10 which is my self imposed limit per single DVD.
the last time I spent over £10 on one film was Casino Royale which wasn't that long ago, but it came with a little set photo's book as well as the special edition CD. But then I bought that with some vouchers and not cash. I did see The Blood Diamond 2 disk version in HMV earlier today for £26 and had I had the cash or a card on me I'd have been tempted, but I'm going to wait on it a little while.
What I am looking for though and not to definitely buy but just to find out if I want to buy it or not, is a film I don't know the name of, it's set during WW I and it's in the trenches, it's set during Christmas when the two sides stopped fighting for one night and then the next day they started killing each other again..
Got some more DVD's today:
Water Boy
The Longest Yard
Big Daddy
Happy Gilmore
You bought them all to BBQ so no other poor bugger has to sit through them i hope.
he's not a great actor, hes not even that funny in some films
... with a little persuasion from my UCAS card - "5% off all purchases from Play.com (you'll need that money when you're a student.)"

I'm thinking of buying Saints and Soldiers but it's only 85 mins long and I'm not sure if it'll just be a long action scene of if it'll actually pull off the "you care for the characters even though the film is short" thing that not many shorter films manage to pull off imo.
