From Mclaren rim and beyond Fanatec wheels will be compatible with the Qr. Not P1. It is writen on the specs.

I read that just now. What a let down.

I see why it wouldn't work. There is nothing to bolt the QR Adapter to. There's probably a way it can be secured, but ultimately the end result of that modification wouldn't be worth the effort.
