What order to tune your car when attempting to improve handling?

All tips and help are appreciated. I currently do something like this

1. spring rates
2. dampers
3. roll-bar
4. LSD
5. camber
6. toe-in/out
7. brake bias
 
Links don't work…and we don't now the car nor the specs, so unless they're in the picture as well, we can't really judge.
 
LSD settings at 15/15/15 could be more fine tuned. I would bet that the car will understeer on entry and mid-corner, then break loose the outside rear tire on corner exit. I am closer to 12/14/10 on my NSXs.

What really matters is how the tune works for your driving style. What are you experiencing?
 
Yea you're right about how it corners. I'll try the settings and get back to you. 1 question though: i don't really understand what initial torque does (i know it controls when the diff locks) but i thought lsd accel controlled how power is distributed to the inner and outer wheels.

try more rear camber. as far as I'm concerned those LSD settings are already very low and I don't think the problem is your LSD being too strong. More camber might increase the contact area of your tires while turning and this may what your looking for.
 
Well if you have tried 3.0 and it was worse, then fine. It was just a suggestion. You could also try a little positive toe on the rear. You could try more rear bound, rear spring rate and rear anti roll. there's plenty of other ways to correct problems with the outside rear tire other than running the LSD like a 2CV differential.
 
1.5 seconds around trial mountain after changing rear camber to 3 (thanks mr grado) and making some other adjustments. 1 question though: how how high should i have front camber?
 
I differ with Mr Grado. The LSD is the way to solve outside wheel spin. Lower Acce to 10, 11 or 12. If your problem moves to inside wheel spin, you went too far.

Yes that was one of my tweaks. What about this for a 880hp c63 Amg. Ride height (-7 -7), springs (8 12) damp ext (4 8) dampers comp (4 4) Arb (5 5) camber (2.5 3.5) toe (-0.15 0.40) LSD 20/20/15. It's 6am here so I don't expect it to be any good, :(
 
I'm with Hami on this as well.
12/14/10 is not a 'very low' LSD at all. Personally, it looks too high to me.
I don't think I've driven the NSX in question in quite some time, but I'd begin with a 9/11/6 LSD. Lower Front Camber to 1.5. and raise your ride heights by 5 front and back, it's a bumpy track. Ditch the front toe, to 0.00. Front Extension Damper to 8.

Don't know what you think is wrong with the car, but by the looks, it appears it will handle like a dump truck, unless it's an extremely loose car to begin with. LSD is way too high, rear toe is absurdly high, and the rear spring is 150% stiffer than the front.

So raising rear camber did seem to eliminate the wheelspin right?
