I'm posting this for a friend of mine, but honestly i would like to know too, what cell phone rings and then says "incoming call" and then rings again and so on....? Thanks for your time.
First of all, it's not a ringtone. It's a setting that you can apply to have the phone announce what's going on. I do know that Sprint carried a few phones like this (some of which are Motorola phones). But, I don't know their serial numbers.
