Not that my life would depend on it, but the first DLC was pushed into stores BEFORE the regular update; which here in Europe should take place between 4pm and 7pm.

I think the first DLC was made available at around 10am or 11am; can't remember exactly. What I do remember is that Kaz was providing updates regarding the release via twitter.
