Do people know when their respective PSN stores are updated? There's a reason why Europe got it today and not yesterday like America did, because that's when the PSN store updates. Try and locate that, and whenever you find out when your respective PSN store updates is probably the time when the DLC will be available.

We had to wait a week for the first DLC in the US. Atleast, everyone else is only a day later for this one. Maybe that was another gift for us Americans, they gave us the DLC one day early LOL.
