What's up with the sudden explosion of advertisement accounts (or bots?)?

I've seen like 5 different "people" post advertisements in random sections of the forum this last week (and yes, I did report ones I saw )

There is no cause for concern if you protect your login details. And if you don't ... well, you deserve everything you get, really. I have no sympathy for that.

Simply secure your log-in password AND your e-mail password. We can always recover an account that's been hacked, but there's nothing we can do for you if your e-mail has been hacked.

Wouldn't that lay under the general rule of accessing something private?

Make a strong password and Do not "remember me" on a public line?
