I finally got my hands on the Sauber C9. I'd basically written it off and given up hope (as far as actively hunting it was concerned). I left my PS3 to autogrind a-spec like the wind for approx 22 hours while I was away from home at work and at the GF's place. I came in and randomly decided to shut it down since I was working from home and the PS3's high pitch squeal was annoying me....BOOM! there it was in the UCD one cycle away from disappearing off the list.

Now about the only thing I'd like to have is the Falcon but I'm okay with just stumbling upon it some day in the future.

I am hunting down a Nissan R89C Race Car i have the R92CP now is the R89C faster or slower?

I just got the R92CP and it's faster. I've been testing all the LM cars in Practice Le Sarthe'09 preparing for the LeMans 24hr...and it's the fastest against the R89C, Minolta, Sauber, Jag, Toyo GT1, BMWV12 LMR, with a 3.11 lap. The game is biased towards Japanese cars and although Toyota GT1 has much lower PP, it's second fastest so far. The only drawback to the R92CP: sets you back over 4Mil!

Just waiting now for the in-game pause/save.

That's a dream car. I even tried the Expert Historic Race with it and won! At level36, Somehow it was a little easier. When I first did that race, I could only win with the Toyota7. Now, I can have fun grinding with the F330P, and the XJ13. Love the Monaco course.

I'll just ask this question here: Is the 63 split window Corvette really the tire shredder that the factory only built 5 of? The first Corvette Grand Sport? Designed as a tire tester and race car and was never in production as is?

I've seen the real thing and it's a beast!

I ask because I have seen them in races at Indy during the American Championship doing close to 200 mph. That was not done back in 1963 by a stock car that was modified . . . unless for drag racing in a straight line.

I'll keep an eye on it in the UCD, or is it in the Chevy Dealership?

I didn't say it's rare. I have only seen it once in over 6100 game days. I probably just missed it.

Thanks for the tip! 👍 But I don't think I can endure driving 24 hours of Le Mans, so buying it is my next best option.

It's the "B Spec", so you don't have to drive it (just set your FGT or X1 loose and come back in a day--X1 wins by over a hundred laps). The A Spec 24 hr race gives you the Audi R8 Race Car.

Good luck, and make sure your auto pit settings are right--0% strength, racing softs (racing rain if raining at start--it'll switch to RS for you when the rain stops).

I've had the game a couple of months now... I've been waiting & checking all the time. The Nissan PAO has not shown up at all yet.
It's not even that I necessarily love the car. I just want it, and the fact that it hasn't shown up AT ALL, makes me want it more. haha.

I want both the Chapparals... but every time they show up, I'm not ready to buy. Just bad timing with those.
