I'm looking for the Alfa touring car too. I have a Mercedes touring car that regularly beats my friends higher PP cars due to it's awesome handling, i would like to try something a little different from the touring car range though.

Have I missed the opportunity?
How does one grind a level ticket? (is that the method of receiving the ticket for having golded an A-spec event, then backup ones save game and restore each time when you don't get the car you want from the car delivery using the level ticket).
Or is it doing the American championship (lvl 23) in the A-spec extreme series?
