Unfortionately it was an SVT Cobra R. Too long. Not Enough(considering how much I spent on that P.O.S!).

SO basically the car is only something to look at its not mch of a car to build up or racce eh?

Well, it's a good car to use in races w/out too many major turns.


I only used it on Test Track, and Super Speedway. On any other tracks the a$$-end would spin out really bad if I tried to take a turn with any decent speed. No matter what I did to it, could never get it to turn well... :frown:

Tons of Power and No turning ability is a bad combination.  A little power a good turning ability is 10x better.  My friend had a the Mustang.  I kept telling his to get thsoe super soft tires for it, beciz it wopiuld always spin out and stuff on the turns,. He said no tires tires.  Boy was he wrong.  So what second car do u think I should get?  Give me my options and then what u think I should pick.

Well depending on how much money you have go for like  a skylilne or a 3000gt.  My second was a miata, i started with the cruiser however my third was the skyline and i wish it was my second.  But anyway i've been using that since like 5 or 6 percent complete till now and now i'm like 35 percent or something but you can use it for ever and it has won me many many cars and a ton of money

My second was an Integra Type R, then my third was the Tommi Makkinen Edition Lancer.

Really it depends on what you're going to need it for.

My 3rd car was the 300ZXTT 2-seater(NOT the 2+2), I slapped a stage 4 turbo on 'er, gave her all the goodies, and used her as a get credit quick car. Basically I just used 'er to go around the Beginner Turbo Test Track. I kept doing that until I had a lot of credits, then I bought a Supra, then I used the Supra for the same exact thing. To get credits by going around the Test track, but the Supra was fasterm so it took less time to get credits.


After that I just bought and bought and bought...


If you wanna know some of the cars that I think are the best, here they are.

1.RUF CTR2-For Rally Races, hellacious acceleration.
2.Escudo-TOp Speed runs, good on Rally Races
3.Supra-Pretty quick car for cheap
4.Formula 1 cars-Very fast accelerators, and very good handlers.


I know I probably didn't give you any more info than you yourself already know, but if you tell me EXACTLY what you're going to want your next car for in a PM, I'll give you a better answer.

Rx7 Rz won pretty much everything til I bought a vette Z06 out of curiousity, because I Sell new chevrolets so i wanted to see it in the game and how it handled.  Anyhow It was a lot better than the rx7 and I won everything up to my first enduro and won the F090/S in that first enduro race, and have not really drove a whole lot else since.

my second car was the subaru wrx. took that and made it quick and won half the rallies, then i bought a skyline and the rest is history. except now i'm 73% done and all i have left to do are some pro races and some endurance races, the problem being is i cant get my s liscence and i cant find a car to use for the trial mountain endurance! if there is actually a car that works for that race then please let me know, i have 57 cars in my garage and none of them work!

A friend of mine put in the effort to get all golds on the B license, getting a Miata LS. He bought tires and a few power mods, and the first race he entered was the Roadster Endurance race. He won, and got the F688/s for his second car!
Incidentally, my second car was a Nissan Sylvia.

jikman, great minds must think alike because i too bought the WRX second ( black with gold rims...mmmmm) and then moved up to the skyline. Now that i am further into the game though...i think i like the Lancer better than the Impreza, although neither will let you down when it comes to putting the pedal to the metal.

My second was also the Cobra R SVT Mustang.  Man I thought that thing was godlike, until I won a Skyline, and then went on to win the Zonda Race Car, and then on to win the F1.

I bought a Skyline. I only use the Skyline now when I'm bored and need to win a race to advance the game a bit. You can drive really lazily (or badly) in the Skyline and still go pretty fast. I prefer something like the MotorSport Elise when I want to have fun.

The American Integra Type R can compete in the FF, the Stars and Stripes, and The Type R series.  The Type R series gets you 42,500 cr. (with RSX sale) in 25 minutes.

My second car was the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI.  I used it for quite a long time, until i won the Corvette C5R.  I won many, many races with it.  It never failed me, i never lost a race with it.  It is important that if you buy this car that you buy the racing transmission and widen out the gears a bit, cuz it will top out at maybe 134 mph stock, and that isn't good.

My second car was the 2nd-gen RX-7 you get for winning the 80's races. I used the Sprinter Trueno to win it, then sold the Trueno to buy parts. I've still got the RX-7 at about half-tune, but only used it until I won my 3rd car, an R32 Skyline...
