What way do you put toast in a toaster?

I put toast into the toaster VERY CAREFULLY. for no reason at all.

I share Famine's orientation with respect to the bread insertion.

You can also cook poppadums in a toaster, but they're not as good as when fried.

I put it in curved side up mainly because my toaster is broken and I need to pull it out with tongs and it helps with the curved side up.
