I searched for a wheel poll and found this great example in the drifter forum by MSTER232. đź‘Ť

Just wanted to bring it to the GT5 forum and see if we can get a good idea of the overall demographic. DS3 users you can vote for that if you want, also.

DFGT..too cheap to get anything else... works great.
 
I use a Fanatec GT3 RS v2, why isn't mine on the poll? I've tryed the other Fanatec wheels on GT5 and I reckon the GT3 RS v2 was the best and most realistic
 
wish I could edit the poll- i would group the fanatec 911's into one choice and add the fanatec GT3. Don't think it's possible... is it?


(puts up the Modsignal, similar to the Batsignal. Exept its for mods)
 
voted Fanatec Gt2. but really have a Carrera, but absent from the pool choice
 
I love myDFGT I have people telling me to upgrade all the time, why! It has it's flaws but, for what you pay it's the best thing I've found.

Driving Force GT ftw. People tell me to get G27 and honestly, I've tried it and still think dfgt is better. Force Feedback on it is great, and "madeye" said, it is official wheel besides T500 RS. Amazing wheel, but needs paddle shifters, buttons are Ok..
 
DFGT. Good enough for me, and fairly cheap.

Was the official wheel for the game. The overpriced T500 is new official wheel of GT5

What has voting and polls ever done to you? By doing polls/surveys like this, we can gather useful information. If the most popular wheel turns out to be the T500 (example, not saying it definitely will), then companies will know in order to make their wheels sell better, they need to make it more like the T500.
 
Update the poll options please, I'm constantly grumpy but only moderately dislike polls.

Its not useful if you don't actually read the options before selecting your answer. Go re-read the poll and you will understand that I was being sarcastic. :dopey:
 
I have a G27, bought it as soon as it was released.

Back then I was a young naĂŻve boy who thought he could drive properly :lol:. The wheel is great and I'd definitely reccomend it for the price. Me on the other hand...not so good :(.

First off, thanks for the great list.


Ok, they need to build one like the CSR Elite, price it like the Logitech G's. :sly:

I use a G25 but modded the heck out of it using both chilicokes Shifter Feel Mod &
a custom Nixim brake mod install.


Also, i knew some of you would not be able to resist voting grumpy style. :grumpy: hahaha

DS3 but will be upgrading in a few weeks to a G27.

Driving Force GT all the way. Got mine for $50 on eBay. The best purchase I ever made.

Good FFB, sleek design, and the RA dial really comes in handy. Only downsides are its pedals and paddles, but I will soon mod them in the future.
 
G27 with DFGT as a spare. Nixim mod is on the way.
