Yeah, you technically don’t have a birthday every 3 out of 4 years (every fourth year, you’d have a birthday).

There’s a lot more to leap years than just adding one day every four years – fascinating stuff.

Unless you make your 1st birthday the 1st of march, 2nd birthday on the 2nd, 3rd on the 3rd then go back to the 29th for your 4th then go to 1st of march again.... yikes!!!

He was born on the day immediately following the 28th of February. And that's when he celebrated his birthday - on the day immediately following the 28th of February.

being born on the 29th of a leap year only means your birthday lasts a quarter of the day of March 1st. How about some common logic?
