What's the most satisfying thing you've done in GT6?

Initially it was getting gold on all the licence tests, before checking the thread with everyone's stats and realising it wasn't that difficult anyway . But for now the most satisfying thing is getting the gold time in Mission S-5, just completing it was enough for me after about 10 attempted failures. The ONLY attempt I completed ended up with a 7:43, which I was quite chuffed with 👍

Learning the new tracks, and driving with the refreshed physics.

Driving virtually on expressways/streets/tracks I have been to:
Fujii, Rt. 246, Indy, Laguna Seca, & Willow Springs.
Rt. 7 (if I count its look-alike resemblance to some Japanese expressways).
Hopefully we get Long Beach someday in future DLC, so I can add that to the list.

Getting gold for the IA coffee break drift round 2.

I have to admit drifting looks cool when it's done well but for some reason I'm not into it so seldom do drift.

I got stuck so bad in this event only with bronze after dozens of tries I googled "how to drift" things, watched Drift Bible and keep thinking about how I should maneuver on my way home from the work for last few days.

And boom! I finally got gold with some score around 6400 last night. Though my drift didn't look cool at all with a few bumps into the wall and an almost-spun-out, I'm glad that I got what I wanted and became a little bit better drifter now.

For me it was definitely finally Golding the last 125 shifter kart at GTA just 20 minutes ago. I lost track how many times I ran that race in a row but I must have spent an hour and a half. I had silver early on but had already started telling myself, "Self, you're just going to be one star short in IA. You will have to live with it". Then after "ok, just once more" and I passed that lead kart on the final lap it was hard to keep my cool.
I have really enjoyed many things, but that is still fresh in my mind.

I do get the feeling of immense satisfaction, every time I turn off this horrible excuse of a game :).

My most rewarding thing thus far is achieving a rank of 3xxx something on a seasonal event. I was previously in the 40k range but my time has greatly improved with the purchase the gt eye spring.

Since I first posted, the 2 most satisfying things for me are:

- Getting gold with the Red Bull @ Goodwood using a DS3 and the x/o buttons! After several failed attempts (including hitting the wall after the final corner and getting DQ'd twice!), my first clear run was only a second off gold and then improved that time by 1 1/2 seconds in my very next run to get the gold...soooo happy with that.
- Finally golding the Shifter Kart @ GTArena, again using a DS3 and x/o buttons....enough said!

Memorable mention is for now being in the Top 5,000 times for the last 4 Non- Modified Seasonal Time Trials (the ones with a car provided)....I am not that good really so to get that high up is an achievement for me, especially given in the other events I am normally over 100,000!
Also, for being 2 Super Missions and 5 Super races away from Platinum...never thought it would be possible

Long live the DS3 and x/o buttons....

I jumped in the RB Junior to take on the LMPs in the Gran Turismo Championship (Last championship in IA). To my surprise, the game filled the grid with other RB Juniors. And it was the best racing I have ever experienced not online. The AI was aggressive, defended lines and even though the leader would let you catch up, once you passed him he went *nuts*.

Bathurst was the most intense. I passed the leader with a lap and a half to go and he hounded me for the remainder and I finished out front by .220. And that was only because I slammed the door on him on the last turn of the last lap. He was coming for me. If I waited half a second before closing him off, he would have punted me or gotten the inside line.

Very fun racing. Not sure why they won't let the RBJ face off against LMPs, but glad they did it that way. A nice surprise.

Most satisfying thing for me so far is learning how to rev-match on downshifts!:D
I've missed 3 shifts during 20 laps today.

Since you appear to have a hard time with being in the presence of GT6, can I have your copy? I promise to take care of it.

beating Goodwood 5-3 with a DS3

My biggest accomplishment, I guess, was winning my first online race with a wheel. Only had it for a week and was up against 5 other people at Bathurst, 2 laps.

Another satisfying thing I did:

Winning the 24-Minute Nurburgring 24h Endurance Race. Used Intermediate Racing tires on the first and second lap. And then I used Hard Racing tires on the front and Soft Racing tires on the back just for sharper turning.
