What's your favourite track in GT3?

Maybe you can write why...

If this topic already exists, excuse me...

Deep Forest, especially backwards, I love the mix of up and down hill sections and when you race round it backwars you get the uphill section after first hill and tunnel, and you can't see round the corners, you rely alot on your knowledge of the track, I realy like racing on that track and going flat out round that bit.

For me it's grand valley speedway. You can race and drive nice and calm along the track... It's like a dream...:p

Seattle....

Don't get me started on why. Let's just say I've been there :D

Grand Valley Speedway will always have a place in my heart. It's diverse, has some good drifting spots and graphically it's eye-candy, even so more backwards at dusk, with the sun reflecting off the track... 👍

for me its Cote De Azur (Monaco)because its high in prestige (did i spell that right?lol) and its challenging and i also like SS Route 11 for the same reasons and Mystral 78 laps is my faverit enduro and iv won it twice once in a Zonda Race Car and then in my Hybrid mx5 (the one with the rear spoiler)
AND GT4 IS GOING ROCK!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Grand Valley Speedway. That track is also special to me, because it has been in all three games, and it is a unique track. It has some interesting corners and scenery.

Laguna Seca. i LOVE that corkscrew. i love the challenge of getting the car just right to maximise the drop off effect, and those sweeping corners after it. i watch the Champcars go around that track and it amazes me every time they go through there. what amazes me more is when the Superbikes go through there. its breathtaking espically the onboard camera.

but on Gt3 its such a chalenge to get my big heavy viper through there perfectly but when you do, you get so much momentum.

other tracks i like are tokyo, monaco and trial mountain

My favorite changes, but it's usually one of these:

Rome, 1 & 2
Cote
Tokyo
Seattle

No Rally Course lovers here?

Well, I would've liked to see Pike's Peak in GT3 (especially full-length). I also preferred Smokey Mountain South (or whatever its name was) to Swiss Alps, which seems to have identically radiused curves, but different, um, altitude changes (excuse me, I've been up since yesterday and my thoughts are about as fluid as concrete).

Complex String, without a doubt. If it only had banked corners then it would have everything. Hm, off-camber corners...

I recon Tokyo is the best, you can go heaps fast and it has some fun sharp corners to do!

I don't really have a favourite track, but if you tortured me into choosing, I'd have to say Deep Forest. If you can jag the corners first time, you can floor it all the way through the first tunnel, into the right-left, then around the two lefts onto the back straight. It's just an amazing feeling, especially in the F1. Unfortunnately, I'm still yet to break the 50 second mark on Deep Forest with the F1. I've gotten down to 50.0 before though.

And that mix of smooth corners, rises, dips, depressions, smoothness and agressiveness just gets my attentionall the time.

Trial Mountain is my favourite. It's the most challenging to get right: lots of off-camber corners, crests and compressions through corners, and lots of awkward, blind apexes. Infuriating when you mess up, exhillerating when you get it right.

Grand Valley is a beautiful track and very technical. I love the long straights followed by tight hairpins, fast and slow switchbacks and that long sweeper going into the second tunnel. Fun to drive in both directions, either in a road car or a race car...

I like Tokyo, love that long straight and the corners are fantastic. Other than that I like Midfield, SSR5 Wet and Smokey Mountain for the rallies.

I'd definitely have to go with Grand Valley. First off, it is a beautiful race track with the sloping hills and the especially the view to the left through the tunnel after the bridge. I have always considered GV to be my home track. Does anyone know if it is based on a real track????

Gimmie the Complex String, either forwards or backwards it dont matter

This track just has everything, long fast straights, tight 90 degree corners, flowingleft/rights, corners tight on entry, tight on exit, constant radius corners and a bugger of a stop/start chicane

Like I said everything

I love the Tokyo 246 track, and it kinda suprised me that it has the most votes as of right now.

I really don't know why it is my fav.
Coming in a close second is Laguna Seca and Deep Forest.
Then Route 11. I actually liked the endurance race there.:D

im gonna have to go with Tokyo also for my favorite track. it's just a great, fun track. and i like that long straightaway with the trees on both sides, beautiful.

Trial Mountain and Deep Forest are a close second and third.

Ooooh, yes indeedy! Much as I love Deep Forest, Complex String gives it a good run for its money. As Clint (Bollocks) said, it's got it all. Though I've only done a limited amount of laps on the track, my favourite corner by far is the first sweeping right-hander in the series of gentle right-lefts over the hill then dipping away. That thing is bad; you've got to get on the throttle late and feather it coming out of the corner or you'll lose traction and/or the car will get really light and you'll find yourself going off to say hello with a very solid wall. Pity there's no damage in GT, that'd cap the whole experience for me.
