I LOVE the tiny little slow cars!!
I have bunches of them.

My favourite being the Honda Z Act. Which I think I have one upgraded to something like 70hp.

I think I upgraded my citroen 2cv up to about 55hp or something like that. haha.

I have a few fiats that are ultra low. And I got the I-miev just because it was pink. I tried it on the autumn ring yesterday to see if it would be any good for that eco-race in the online forum... and it tops out at 79mph on the straightaway. LOL
