I've always traditionally used the chase cam in previous GT games. Since i bought GT5
i've mostly been using the bumper cam, occasionally switching to the chase cam for Daytona Oval where i've found it better for judging exactly where your car is compared to the A.I. field - i still keep just nudging into the back of them when drafting or aiming for a gap between them and the outside wall. I'd like to use the cockpit cam, but with a fairly small 4:3 screen you just can't see enough of the track, it makes you feel like you are driving from the cargo area of a van with no peripheral vision!
