The options are quite limited. I'd be looking at a Fanatec GT2 with CSR Elite or Clubsport pedals. The CSR wheel is also an option, and it appears that the bundles tend to include the CSR. The rim is not particularly attractive though, and quite flimsy going by reports.
Very unlikely, and maybe even impossible that it will ever work for future Forza (5 onwards) games though.
