Stay tuned (pun intended)...
My T500 RS will be arriving tomorrow early evening according to UPS. I will let you know how the WSP deluxe works out.

Yeah can you make sure to return and let us know? I was thinking of getting a WSP for my T500rs rather than the Rennsport V2.

Wow! The WSP deluxe works like a champion with the T500RS. Very stable, very easy to adjust and built to last a lifetime. Both products get my highest recommendation so far.

Are you sure you bought it for your son?:sly: I just bought my wife a 'Perfect Pedal' and she doesn't even like Playstation:sly:

On topic; I've never noticed any lateral movement with my WSP.

:)
yeah, for my son :sly:
but we love cars thus play both :)

my wife hates any games but we are working on it :dopey:

I got mine T500 and it is a perfect match with WSP stand. As far I am very happy 👍

Sweet, I see those stands are in stock now too

Great!
I have already ordered mine.. :)
Ordered yesterday.. They have already shiped it!!

Will let you know how it works once I get it.
BTW T500RS also met my great expectations! :)

Ordered both a wsp and a g27 sunday night. The wsp got delivered to my home wednesday morning, very pleased with the speed!!

Now play.com on the other hand have been a massive disappointment with the wheel, ordered sunday, site said usually dispatched within 24 hours, so was hoping to have it today. However 24 hours turned into 72, and still no wheel :(

I had G27 wheel before my T500RS. It is damn good wheel so no worrie.
I still be using it..
Fingers crossed it arrives soon!

That looks super stable with the WSP! I just ordered a Rennsport stand this week, I hope it's as stable as that video.

Could someone who uses the WSP with a G27 wheel possibly upload a few pics / Video of how the pedals are fixed in place? I think I may have been sent a wrong piece in mine.

Thanks in advance!!

Got mine after 3 days since shipment...though It was Easter!!
WSP works perfect with mine T500RS.

It really is so sturdy! did not expect that.
And the service is awesome..never got reply so quickly!
Great product! 100% reccomend it.

I have tested is also on mine G27. Superb!

I just ordered a WSP for my T500rs. Just in case if anyone else wonders, they have an attachment you can specially order to hookup Clubsport pedals (I just asked, you just have to contact them directly). I really debated between this stand and that very nice looking Rennsport stand. I ended up picking this one because I look forward to mounting it directly to the base.

Plus it seemed highly recommended by you guys so thanks with helping me make my decision. 👍

I've never used it with T500rs, but you won't regret your purchase. It's a quality piece of equipment and for someone like me who had a wheel for a year and a half but struggled to find a comfortable, practical setup, it was a better purchase than the wheel itself.

WSP guys are very outstanding so far. My queries were answered quickly + my product was shipped out 1st business day (Monday) and I received my tracking #. 👍

It should be here either tonight or tomorrow :dopey:

So I got my new T500RS-WSP yesterday. Was basically already put together which was a surprise. Just needed to bolt on my wheel and pedals. I was using a desk before but it was sort of shaky. This WSP is really solid! :dopey: I read comments from people before but was still amazed. The wheel was fun before that is greatly magnified now 👍

My only problem is dragging the stand to my closet, etc when I want to stow it. The t500rs wheel + pedals + WSP is pretty heavy. I wonder what people do when you put it up or do most just leave it out?

Excellent purchase this was though 👍

I buy a wheel stand pro one & half years ago, used with G25.
Basically it's ok even set the FFB to ten in GT5p.
Very stable when drive smoothly ,no mistake, no seriously spin,
even when drifting.
But once the car lost control and try to correct the direction in quick,
mostly pull up the whole set wheel with stand.
Maybe just my handling problem.

Finally, I changed to AP2 one month before GT5 release.
AP2 price little higher then wsp, I get wsp $1600 HKD, AP2 $1800 HKD,
both with shifter mount, around $25 USD different.
After all I found that the AP2 not much bigger then wsp in size.
Used up almost the same space, but AP2 far more stable then wsp,
and I can add a reversed pedal mount by myself.

Anyway ,wsp still a good choice (I passed it to my brother~:) )

@Marc that WSP sounds defective? I'm not seeing anything like that if I understand your post. Of course, mine is the WSP deluxe-t500rs which is a little heavier, etc than the g25/g27 WSP. No way will you just yank up this stand with t500rs on it. That's probably like 50 pounds++ along with WSP weight (18 pounds?)

Description of my WSP on their site (wheelstandpro.us):
* This stand is 2" wider and three pounds heavier and custom built to meet the Thrustmaster T500RS mounting requirements.

Maybe the new version have great improvement that design for T500RS,
it was because my old wsp seems originally design for GTFP/DFGT,
just add a screw hole for G25/G27 wheel mount,
or I got a fake stuff...

That AP2 looks like really solid equipment though. I always admired the design of it. But they charge international shipping fees to the US here when I originally looked at them. Wheelstandpro US is pretty close to where I live so they were a natural choice for me.

I've actually found the WSP-t500rs fairly easily to relocate now. After folding it up I wouldn't call it "light as a feather" but it's definitely a quick process to stow it away, etc

Where do you find the Deluxe version of the T500RS.
I'm in the EU, but nonetheless I would love a link to the Deluxe version.
Can only find the one named:
Stand for Thrustmaster T500RS = € 134 wshipment included.
Racing Wheel Stand for Thrustmaster T500RS Wheel - $169.99
First one from EU site and the other from US.

Strangely when I got wheelstandpro.com and choose US.
Stand for Thrustmaster T500RS = 192 USD shipment included.

So when ordered from the US site it costs 169.99 and from the .com site it's 192.
This doesn't affect me but still strange?!

I have recently bought the wheel stand pro for a T500rs from their site, and i'm in the UK. It works perfectly with my T500rs, and was an excellent purchase after the wheel itself. I paid £108 all in. :)

By the way, the T500 stand is £1 more expensive than the Deluxe version for the G25/27 they offer for the UK! From what I can gather, they are the same stand but have contacted WSP for confirmation about the differences between the two.

I have been in contact with them.
"We have got a special stand for Thrustmaster T500RS (is also fully compatible with Logitech G25/27 wheels) with suitable pedals support.
It is the best one we can offer for T500RS wheel :)
you can order it here:
http://wheelstandpro.com/order.html

WSP stand is a product of a polish designer-constructor.
Stands are shipped from Poland. Here is the production as well. Our US distributor is selling the same products.
(only the name may differ slightly - we call "Deluxe" our stand for G27 wheel, but it is the same stand as for T500RS; only the pedals fastener is different)

Regards,
Zofia"

I then asked
"Hi!
So if I order the
Stand for Thrustmaster T500RS = € 134 wshipment included.
I get the best T500RS stand you have to offer?"

I got the answer:
"Yes, exactly :)

Zofia"

So there you go :D

Cool so it is the same as the Deluxe and the best one they offer! Go for it, I already have the T500 stand and think it is well worth the money!

I have had the stand now, haven't played too much, but will probably be more over time.
The only thing I can say is this, it's enough. Myself I can't notice any wiggling while playing GT5.
