As far as I know there are no confirmed dates but the latest gossip is late this year in Japan and some time after that in other countries.
It probably depends on whether they want to cash in this Christmas. I doubt it as they always seem to concentrate on getting the Japanese game finished first and out the door and then start on the translated versions.
