Where is Toscana Tarmac in practice mode?

Toscana tarmac is in the course maker. It's one of the themes you can use.

There was supposed to be a Toscana photo travel location i think. It's shown in the Apex Book, but like others it got axed for some reason.

Aww... And that castle and canyon one you see at the title screen would've been awesome too. We need more natural photo mode locations rather than urban stuff.
