Where is area 69? THis city is so damn big its impossible to find anything without looking for 20 minutes.

I'm not sure its called that-- I forget what comes up on the screen. I think you are referring to the military research facility--its located out in the middle of the desert east of Las Venturas-- if you enter or fly over the area-- you will know it.

If you look at your map there is a pretty long road that dead ends out in the desert-- its right there.

Oooh. Haven't really tried. Running around with 5 stars on my back isn't exactly a favourite past time.

Yes, when you get further there Hydras spawn, 5 starrs for a hydra? its worth it, just take out the SAMs first.....

You have to do a mission very late in the game to steal a Hydra and use it to blow stuff up. After that it spawns at the airplane graveyard.

Isn't there are also a Hydra race. A mate keeps going on about it but I can never find the start in LV airport.

There's a Hunter race, maybe that's what he is going on about.

I meant the Jetpack.

The Hydra also spawns at the airstrip but after you do the mission, late in the game, where you steal one off the aircraft carrier and use it to destroy some spy vessels in the SF harbor.

yeah there is a hydra, hunter, stuntplane,maverick,news mavierik,rustler checkpoint races in LV, right to the right when you enter throught the gates.
