Honda Civic EK9 Type-R

IMO the best honda civic ever produced.

And i'm really hoping for engine swaps - so i can transplant the Integra type-r engine B18C into it - and i'll be buying a few so maybe even a K20a engine in one of them too !!

I cant really keep up with all the gran turismo news and stuff on this website anymore - theres too many threads and i couldnt see a general GT5 discussion thread (prob just my weak searching skills) but culd anyone tell me........

Any confirmation if you gift cars over PSN like Forza 2 & 3 on XBOX Live?

Also Drag Strip???

I believe there is a drag thread as I enjoy drag racing alot I was heavily very active within that thread, I'll dig it up for you in a second.
No confirmation on it however simply pure speculation. Gifting cars again nothing has been said, people are presuming a marketplace of some kind.

I also approve massively of K20 ek9's :P So if that makes the game you won't be the only one with one believe me.

Fishforent, those are beautiful. I'm sure we will see all of them in GT5. I would prefer the viper ACR though. That merc looks stunning.

The 2 cars in the last 2 pictures you posted are also in GT5P, as for the Dodge viper there's a race car version of it too(But it's colored differently from that one) So, I would go for the Mercedes SLS choosing from among 4 choices of cars :D I'm really looking forward to driving that car! I'll have a try its race car after I drive the "normal" SLS, I'll need to grasp how it moves basically first before driving its race car. Not to hit the barrior/wall or fence and then let it get damage! However, those 2 cars I referred to in the first part of this post have to be great, of course I wanna drive them too 👍

And as DCP said, they look stunning and we'll see all of them in GT5P, which is expected to be released late this year or in 2011 :)

This photo is sooo cool! 👍 Great angle, great timing, also the position of the car. It screams rally power !
 
That would be your standard F430 GT. It races in le mans series (American & European) and in the FIA GT2 class. It has won the 24 hours of Le Mans and came in second in this years 24H Nurb race. Would be sweet to have, but I havent seen much of anything it can race against. (No porsches)

Ill be looking forward to the Audi R10.
 
Hope Caterham is still in ( it was in GT4 ) and if they are I wouldn't mind the 550Bhp V8 Levante version....:D

^^ Well, would be awesome to drive all that track monsters, however, I'm looking really forward to something already confirmed. Lamborghinis, after Ferrari they were the most wanted manufacturer to me, I'm glad they're in, I'm just waiting to see a Murci and a Diablo. That would be perfect. ;)

What do you mean "track monsters"? They're just eco-friendly city-cars you can go shopping in easily....;)
You're right perhaps in limiting it somewhat to confirmed manufacturers and I agree that Lamborghini is also the most wanted one for me, although not after Ferrari but equal to me at least for desirability.:)

He was so fast he was beating alot of the Mitsi Evos. He was 9.9 seconds down on the fastest Evo in the first stage. 9th fastest time.

I have alot of other motorsport photos but I haven't posted them on this website.

Anyway back on topic. I want this car in! I'm not sure if it is just not in because PD/Kaz don't think it should be or they can't get it in like Porsche.

Its been called several things. As of the current model (2008) its all F430GT2

Its been called F430GTC in the pass similar to the 360GTC that came before it and won the FIA N-GT title I believe in '03.

Risi (ALMS Team) is featured in Forza 3, along with a few other ALMS cars.

Risi has been the most successful team with the car -

They have won Le Mans, Sebring, Petit Le Mans and the ALMS Team/Driver titles in 2007.

I would but SHOCKED if the #62 wasn't featured in the game, because the winning car from the 2000 Le Mans GT1 Viper was in GT3/4 (#7 at Le Mans, same car numbered #91 in ALMS 2000 season).

Love the GT3 version of that, I hope we see it by the end of the season if not by Dubai early next year. You can watch all the FIA European GT3 races online or on most cable/sat networks in the world, including Bloomberg of all things.

I loved seeing the Burno(?) GT3 race this past weekend (Bloomburg??Really!?, Not HD:tdown:) I was happy to see the Vettes be so good in the wet and the dry. Too bad about the ferrari having pit troubles. Would have liked to see what the finishing laps brought; the ferrari had half the lap to his advantage and the vette the other. Could have been an epic finish. I personally think the vette was saving tires for the last half of the race. It will be on my radar now that I know that channel shows it. 👍👍
