I kinda love the Fiat 500 <.< I know dont bash me but I really do.

Not as a car or anything but I like the inside view.
 
Any car with readable guages and a gear indicator. It really helps when driving with all graphics off.
 
The big Volkswagon stoner van has the best interior views available I think. It's so big and roomy, and when you pan around to look out different directions you can really see a lot because it sit's up so high. Drawback is if someone is racing against you in a kart or other low down to the ground car. If they're right next to you, you'll never know it.

The new GT86 is also really good because the steering wheel is significantly smaller.

The worst cockpit views in the game are the Mini's. All of them.

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione probably have one of the most stunning recreations of the materials in cockpit.

With the black interior option, the actual look of materials is beyond perfect. Shaders used on leather, dials, wheel and details on door are remarkable, but actual look of the rear-portion of the cockpit is truly astonishing.

Rear seats, details of the textures, stitches, chrome details on stretches and overall sensation of fabrics is really one of the best in the game.

As far as really good, the ones with usable/readable gauges, I love to drive without game/race info onscreen!

Nope us Brits aren't silly enough to join flamewars, we will however point out that there is no "correct" driving side...
...apart from F1 cars, being on neither side :)

It's a shame the engine doesn't move around on the mounts, other than it certainly is impressive. The majority of the interiors on premium cars are pretty good, so it is really down to personal preference or mood.
 
The new dodge challenger is also pretty amazing on the inside, its modeled better than some of the more high end cars.
