For me, it's the LFA nurburgring edition...I took it on the nurburgring and it sounds thrilling, is predictable and rewarding and grips tightly.

I haven't tried driving cockpit view with much cars but with this I really liked it and the steering animations looked pretty precise compared to other cars I felt like I was in the car myself.
 
The BMW Z8!! Drives so nicely, looks amazing and I'm so surprised that PD got the sound right. And it's a car I've been wanting in GT for quite a while now.

Also the new SRT Viper, the Hudson Hornet and that little LCC Rocket. Those are the cars I've enjoyed the most so far.

Never noticed the Z8 was in the game...gonna have to try it out. I also love the snake that pops up on the speedometer in the SRT Viper.

I was going the say the Vision Mercedes, but it's going to have to be the 70 Nova 396. I love just letting it sit and idle with the semi racing exhaust equipped. Sounds like the engine's been cammed up. I've had a lot of fun driving and winning with it in the "a" N/A races. I've painted it Tuxedo Black sitting on what I would call "chrome dome rims", which gives it that sleeper look. Thanks PD.

I'm not sure, the vision Mercedes feels to front engined to me. The LFA doesn't have that feel where the front end is heavier and affects handling. It feels well balanced with its weight.

Sofar there are 2 favorites. Honda HSV-010 which is pretty popular because of its ability. I own three with one (15th Ann.) being stock and will remain that way. One I've got up to 843hp. Using it to run the dream car championshiip. Mostly everyone knows about it already. The other is the Vette ZR1. Love the engine sound. Powerful, very well balanced. A squat low rider that really grips the road and lets you take corners with speed!
 
I thought it would be the LCC Rocket or the HSV-010. Both are incredibly awesome, but I've just fallen in love with the new Viper GTS. I like to tune my cars a lot, and it's pretty much the only thing I've found that drives roughly the same at 1087 hp as it does at 600hp. And it's rather pretty, in a sinister sort of way.

Honorable mention goes to the X2014 Junior. Because spec racing just got a lot more fun.

El Camino - have to mention it again! it's a fun thing to drive both stock and tuned - and that sound :D
Otherwise i think it's reasonable to mention that FF cars has a really nice feeling to them, compared to earlier games, in my oppinion.

I have also been using the Subaru Brz, feels nice, handels tight.

And thumbs up for the new Hudson!!!!
 
15th Anniversary Pagani Hayura is my fav so far. Used it for the Supercar cup. It's so squirrelly when you give it the beans, it's so much so much fun through medium speed corners when you're on the limit.
 
pp500 BMW 135i w/the glitched wheels. Out of the box with stock race suspension it handles like it's on rails and can put the power down really early on exit. Huge surprise.
Still have not tried it with stock wheels but something tells me it might understeer a bit.

Some of my favorites so far are X-Bow Street, Super Seven, S2000 and the Red Bull Junior.

Hmmm no one mentioned the Boss 302 so i will. Suprisingly it handles very well in the corners and the power seems to be well balanced. Oh and it is one of the few cars that PD got the sound right.....kinda lol
 
The most fun I've had so far is the X2014 Junior, on RH tires and low downforce, its so fun!

@BayouSimDrifter I love mine, shame that the Laguna Seca version isn't in GT6. But, no worries, I have my Willow Springs edition.
 
I have mostly been tuning for online 450-550pp. One of the most fun to drive has been the miata 07 with sports hards on stock racing suspension. It just feels alive. It is easy to drive but will oversteer when you huck it. It also has very good feedback to counter steering. When you start to tune it all the fun goes away. When I'm not racing online for sport I enjoy car you actually have to drive, and that miata fits the bill perfectly.

that's what I love about it you can drive it aggressively and still keep it pointed straight even the ACR model car handling in GT6 has improved massively
 
Totally displeased with the Viper in GT5. May have to give it another look.

They got everything right except for the cockpit view. I don't know how anyone could drive a car with their face glued to the steering wheel.
