I'm willing to bet every response will say something different, but I used the Toyota GT-ONE. Definitely overkill, but when the race is distance rather than time I'd rather finish it sooner rather than later! Sorry, but I don't remember the particulars regarding number of laps, lap times, overall time, etc.

It depends. If you want a fun race, use a Super GT car (modded a bit if you aren't great in the rain), and if you wanna get it over with use a Group C car or LMP. Only use the X2010 if you want an arm workout.

Would the Weddsport Lexus be a decent pick for this race ?

Im gonna buy it soon and am doing this race soon.

Sorry op for jumping in .

A GT300 car like that wouldn't have as much power as the GT500 cars in the event.

If you want to get it done real fast go with the x2010, but if you like actually racing buy the tom's supra 97 and racing softs incase you get behind.

Great minds think alike .

Caterham Fireblade, did it three times and loved it.

I used my FGT, but what enduro haven't I used that for lol.

Also because it's an A-spec event and the grip reduction is set only to low, you will slaughter all competition when it rains by just using the racing soft tires instead of the rain tires...

This^. It's a great car to do it in. Easy to control and plenty competitive.

I used the ARTA NSX and didn't use racing soft tires until the end of the race, had alot of fun. :)
