i bought an '85 RX-7 GT-Limited (FC,J), it had 193hp

Still using it.. i think its about time to change though, or seriously up the hp, it wasnt doin too hot in the FR, but i was able to win anyways. i think i have about 250ish hp in it right now.

edit: actually only 214

Since I don't have the game yet... my first car in GT3 was the Toyota Sprinter Trueno in White... Love that car to bits... Lovingly tuned and once I won its bigger brother with the black bonnet I started driving that too.

Seeing as I think It's BOUND to be in GT4 when I comes out over here... I'll probably end up buying it again this time around.

Since there are Used cars again this time round I might have a look see whats on offer... bought a Nissan Micra/March in GT2... as it is the car I acctually own lol.

You know I don't remember seeing it. :nervous: I'll check again and get back to you.

I started my GT career in GT3, where my first car was a Mazda MX-5/Miata. I raced the very first 3 races in the Sunday Cup over and over, till I could afford my second car, the Ford Mustang Cobra SVT, and some minor upgrades.

For GT4, I can't really say before I have the game. I'll look through the entire collection available to me with the 10,000 Cr. budget in mind.

My second car will deffinately be that HPA Golf, though.

my first car was a black 1990 rx7. it started with about 189hp i think. i now have about 327 in it. its a fun car. but i just won a nismo 400 in the 90's japanese cup. that is one heck of a car

I don't have a clue, but i hope it is better than my first car in gt3 - Chrysler PT Crusier!!! In Green!!!!

Thank you jreay, I suddenly feel so much better about admitting that my 1st car in GT3 was the Toyota Vitz. 👍

I will get some Audi as a fisrt buy. But I will start with licenses and those cars ...

Bought my second car! It's the '87 Buick GNX. It's a DREAM. It hauls major ace, top speed isnt too shabby for stock, and it handles like a dream! Not to mention it's possibly one of the sexiest cars in the game...

Tomorrow i'm going to go for beginning FR series.. Now that my MR2 has about 318hp because of added supercharger, weight reduc, and suspension, flywheel, and clutch, as well as racing muffler, i will continue to professional hall with it.

My first car is the Opera 350Z. Put some nitrous on it, and bought some engine parts... Now it's up to 480+hp... I'm love'n it. I have no idea what my second car will be.

The Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi Version III ('96) has the best power to weight ratio for the money (even more so than much more expensive cars), that was my first. Handles great.

Mistubishi Evo GSR '92, bumped it up to about 315hp, won the Japanese 90's race competition and won the Nismo 400R. Got that at 547hp and racking up the cash at the Japanese events for $7500 a pop.

Dodge Charger was my first choice . Was a beast to tame but now I'm racing the american classic races. Now that I have the Chevelle SS I'm not sure I want any more cars !!!! I love the american classics. The handling, I must say, seems very real 👍. I have a 67 Camaro that handles much the same way.

Yeah, I wanted an E30 =[ but my Silver M3 GTR will suffice >8D.

E30 Evo Sport: Take your M to the M series race, you'll love the prize car ;)

Yah the M3 GTR is amazing, simply put. In the world circuits, I went to the family cup, max dificulty, raced against highest class supercars. (VW nardo, SLR, C12s, Ford GT) The only thing i got for the car were hard slicks, and it was a two lap race. Absolutely laid waste to those machines, with a ring time of 7:3x.xxx . My only beef with this game is the amount of grip a car gains when using the Race tires, it seems unrealistic.

BTW all licenses up to S are gold, I'm going to finish beginer and pro race series so that extreem opens up. Insane stuff this game, i love it. Honestly wherever possible I will do this game with the M3s. I got about 450,000 cr. I'm debating buying the M5 and giving it THE treatment. The M5 sound alone is worth this game:drool:.

the grip seems unrealistic cause most of the cars are street cars.......thing about it if you put race tires on a street it would grip wonderfully in real life...

The grip is fine on the standard sports tires, but with the racing slick you're in another universe of grip it seems like. I will have to do a lap of the ring in the CSL with standard tires to compare the times in real life. I'm still a little skeptic. I'm not an unexperienced racer, I've pushed my maxed out CSL to what I thought was the limit but it just keeps on giving me more and more grip, in a way its nice, cause i cant lose, in another its kinda bad cause maybe its not very realistic.

However taking into account the mods done, racing suspension, racing brakes etc. It would not be terribly unrealistic to spend about 200,000 grand in real life to get a CSL to this level, or would it?

I am in hell. I decided to forego transferring my old data from GT3 and start from scratch. I worked on getting my B license (1 gold, 12 silver, 3 bronze as of now) before I did any races and won the VW Lupo 1.4. I invested the 10K I had in upgrades for the Lupo (I forget what now...I think displacement and a racing exhaust/air filter) and got it to a whopping 106 hp! :dopey: I came in 6th in my first try at the Sunday Cup and walked away with $100 (I now have $600 total). Ah well, I guess I'll plug away until I can get the little bugger competetive or go back and try and win the Mazda Kusabi in the license tests.

well had no idea what i was going to buy i just started looking throgh the used car lots and got a used Prelude SI (91) for 7k or so. It caught my eye because my freind has almost the exact same car. :)

The first car I purchased was the Mazda RX-8 Type S. I am a huge rotary fan and
I was thinking about the RX-7, but I wanted to test the potential of the Renesis engine. And since then I've been winning races like wildfire and even managed to win the limited edition with it!

I used my GT3 data for $100,000 to buy the 2005 Mustang GT!(best car ever btw...j/k)

But I am going to start a second game without the extra money. And I'm going with the Galant VR-4....how could you pass that up? AWD turbocharged....
