Which car you enjoy driving in Nurburgring?

I just took Gold at the 24 minute "S" race at Nurburgring in the Subaru Impreza Base model tuned to 609pp with RS tires, TCS at 1, ABS at 1. Probably one of the more satisfying races so far in GT6. Finished 1.58 minutes ahead of the pack. The second lap in the rain/dark was admittedly the slowest, but it's where I gained the most time.
Undoubtedly, one of my favorite cars.:gtpflag:

Did u pit for rain tires? If so which ones?

I used RS tires for the entire race and pitted on lap 2. Too bad you don't get the lower PP bonus like we did in GT5.

The BTR is much more drivable with the wheel rim fix... Its a lot of fun on stock suspension and sounds pretty decent too.

I'm still with the S1 Quattro Pikes Peak version, damn that car is fast and has grip like hell :o

But by the way, it think that a little attention for Save The Ring is on his place here. I hope you all know that the ring is on sale and that most likely it is going to be sold to a company which is going to make a private circuit of the Nordschleife. So that will most likely lead to no Nürburgring or Nordschleife any more in any racegame :o

STR!

I like driving with Ferrari 458 Italia and Toyota 86 GT from road cars, and Autobacs Arta Garaiya, if I want something fast. Or Lacia Delta HF Integrale and Lancer Evo X for fun.

yesterday I enjoyed driving the SLS GT3 (solid effortless handling)

I drive mainly normal cars, M3, gran turismo, c63, ...i prefer cars in the 400-500hp range.

When i feel like bashing my head in, i choose the F40, r8 LMS, R18, YB. quite challenging.
Is it just me, or does the r8 lms handle extremely poorly? Or maybe I'm just that bad. Btw, do u like deep purple?

The Honda NSX-R Prototype is awesome to drive on Nurb, especially with racing tires.

To me it has to be the Mine's GT-R34. Absolutely amazing to drive on the Nurb. For racecars, my "new" passion, the BMW Z4 GT3. Both stock. With the Mine's I tried 100% rain at 0:00, no race, just fast driving and it's quite an experience. The Z4 I tried on the 24min of Nurb, with 600pp wasnt enough to win, but I got silver, have to try harder.
Good races every1.

So far, it's my Corvette ZR1 CO6 LM Race Car, fully tuned. It's the fastest car I have in my garage....I'm a late bloomer, besides, I'm saving up my green so I can get a Le Mans car.

Its not just you. I drove it twice maybe, couldnt figure it out so left it for later.

Deep purple, yes im a long time fan.

I hate to be the kind of driver that does this, but the Toyota Minolta is my choice for the Nur, if I'm driving for fun. The cars responses are just so nice, so immediate, I can over-step things (like an idiot), and still save it. Other than that, I really like driving my Lotus Fireblade 7.

Stock KTM X-Bow Street, Comfort Softs, all aids off (including ABS), & no HUD. Done well over 700 miles in that sweet baby already! :dopey:

Right now its the f40 and the TVR speed 12. Both on ss tires. 600pp on the F40, 650 on the Speed 12.

I really enjoyed my experience with the 2004 Corvette (C5) Z06 (in Commemorative LeMans Blue with Red & Silver striping).

All of them..... i'm a Nürburgring maniac... haha

Road car: McLaren MP4-12C

Race car: GT-R GT3 (the one with YouTube stickers) :P

The Honda Insight LS is actually pretty fun when fully tuned with a Wing on the back- 192BHP, FF, No traction Control needed, foot to the board everywhere.. You should try it!

Lately, it's been the MK.IV Supra in my avatar. Using KW Suspension Variant-III coil-over values in tuning has really brought it to life with my DFGT.

That and a near-instant 600ft-lbs of torque, blends together to make quite an enjoyable drive.

S2000 with Racing Exhaust and Comfort Soft tires
Stock NSX with Racing Brakes

All cars are great to drive around the Ring (I tried some 600 different cars and counting)
My most used is the Audi R8 LMS Phoenix with some 16.000 km...

All of them: only racing hard, no aids (ABS1), no nitro, and always the 24' race (Super).

Fully tuned (my setup, perfect for the ring) Mini Cooper S 2011 with all assists off and RS tires. so much fun. best lap time is 6:38. Also, the Yellowbird and Lancia Stratos are very fun and tough to handle

Lotus Elise '11 is a blast... if it starts to oversteer, then you know that you're not going fast enough.
Lamborghini Countach is fun too.. and I will try my BRZ tonight..

The ring is my 'go to' test track for all my cars in GT6, it has everything and more!

As for a favourite rides...
15th Anniv. X-Bow
15th Anniv. Audi
Rocket
Latest mini cooper.. tuned to hell
2 CV (give it more power, or die of frustration.. same goes for old fiat 500's)
Ford RS2000
