I'm nearing the 10 million credits mark and want to get an Ferrari F1 car. Should I get the 2010 model or save up for the '07 model?

the 07 understeers and the 2010 spins out easier kinda like the FGT does but it doesnt understeer as much as the 07 . i own both so.. there both fun cars .

None of them understeer but the F10 is a tiny bit quicker on the low speed corners. Nevertheless the F2007 is better, the F10 will spin out if you push it too hard on high speed corners such as Superspeedway Daytona whereas the F2007 will not do this.

F2007 is a lot easier to drive and set up. The F10 suffers from bottoming out and tends to be less stable. For anymore information just do a search.

F10 is faster on small track's like Monaco and if your o good driver it can be as fast as the F07 i kno this becauce im in the online Ferrari F1 championship and on flat corners the F2007 does understeer a bit i got 2 F2007's tht have the slite problem of that.
sorry for turning your thread into an argument xD

I can safely say that both Ferraris are more fun to drive than the FGT. They just glide through corners.

The F2007 is a tad bit faster, but the F10 wins at tighter courses.

Hahaha! Wow guys, some conflicting opinions going on here! I personally prefer the look of the F2007 model, and I can handle saving up another 2 mil, and I don't mind some understeer, So I think the F2007 is for me. Thanks for the help guys!

I have had both for a couple months....The F10 is much slower on the Nurburgring but equal at tracks like Monaco & trial mountain.

The F2007 is easy to drive, relatively easy to master. The F10 is much more challenging, and will improve your driving skill over the F2007.

Check out the Ferrari F1 Championship in the online racing section.

The FGT is just diabolically insane.....If your a GP/road course type racer you will like the Ferrari F1s alot more.

f2007 has got more bhp i've had it for a while and just got the f10 this morning but haven't had a chance to drive it yet

All in all both cars are almost equal. The F2007 take the road a lot better due to no body flex or shack. ( Noticeable heavy wheel shack in the F10) As for the F10 is some what unstable of rough roads. My self's I prefer the F10 because it faster in the turns and better of the line with out TC. I have close to 3000 miles in both cars. I suggest that you borrow some car that has a good suspicion set and take it for a test run and choose from there. I you do decided to get the F10 I have 56 tunes for it wet and dry.

I always feel that the F10 understeers slightly. Is worse on tight and fast tracks and is generally the slower of the two. On theory this sounds about right. The F10 has smaller front tyres than the f2007. The f10 has a larger fuel tank an since gt5 has full fuel whenever you drive these things the f10 should be heavier. The f10 also has lesser aerodynamic grip than the f2007. The f2007 is also more streamlined than the f10. I also have faster lap times with the f2007 and as for the looks the f2007 is also better.

So f2007 is the one to buy.

NEITHER--if you want to drive them in A or B Spec. They don't work in GT Mode at all.

You should just buy them both. I like the looks of the f10 better, but thats just personal preferance. Also, the f10 has more torque then the f2007.

i just realized the F10 has better brake's becauce im braking way earlier than my F2007 , noy way like by alot but it is a little noticable.

The F2007 is easyer to drive than the F10.
In case of laptimes they´re nearly equal maybe a little advantage for the F2007.
I tested both of them on Suzuka.

Ferrari F2007: 1.24,944
Ferrari F2010: 1.25,374

better try and race them online then ^^ but as a general rule the F10 isn't any faster on tight tracks , they are both the same but completely opposite in difficulty.

I have both (3 in reality from the 2 different F2007 colors, those wings at the top)
I personally like both, but I've really only driven my F10. I've driven my F2007 too, if you want a "cleaner" interface on the steering wheel, I'd go for the F2007 (and for other reasons that have been stated in the thread.
