Which is the best wheel to use with gt5?

T500 would be the "best" but they have yet to come up with a shifter to go with it. This is the most expensive.

Fanatec GT2/GT3RS (same thing except one is XBOX compatible, but who cares right?) would probably be second best, being a little cheaper than the T500, and at least there is a shifter and clubsport pedals optional. Downside is the waiting time to get one.

Logitech G27 (newer version of G25) is the cheapest of my top 3. Shifter included but the buttons are not mappable meaning the wheel isn't fully supported by GT5, but it works.

If these are too expensive, you can aso use a G25, Driving Force GT, or Driving Force Pro which are good, but not that great. Need more details, search like I did.

I got g27 and its great, I havn't tried any other wheels though.
+1

G27 is a great wheel, I'm very happy with mine. The H-pattern shifter makes it all worth it; try to get one with a stickshift if it's in your price range.

Try the search feature. I'm sure this has been discussed thousands of times.

Anything you need to know about wheels for GT5 can be found here in the Racing Wheels and Cockpits forum. They will have all the answers. Just letting you know that so you don't have to worry about the mod's getting upset with this being in the wrong spot.

But I have read great reviews on DFGT, which is the one I'm looking into getting.

I've tested G25 and Fanatec (911). Both are nice wheels, but I prefer G25. Maybe because G25 is my own wheel and i'm used to it.

The best wheel to use with the game is the one you own.

We have both the G27 and the DFGT. Both work great. Biggest difference is the pedal feel. But, if you never use any other wheel, you'll never notice.

What's the difference in pedal feel?
