I'll just say the Nismo 400R is the best one for me...but you can't buy that. So out of the buyable, the top of the line model can be a bit heavy at times, but the R33 GTR is a personal favourite out of the Skylines.

The Nismo R34 r-tune is the fastest of the street bunch

but my fav is the pennzoil on the track

i tested both mines and nismo r-tuned skyline r34s and r-tune won

I like the Loctite Zexel Skyline and the R33 as well.

I like my hybrid R34's with RWD. They have about half the power of a fully tuned 4WD and yet run faster times on all the tracks Ive tested them on.

First off, he said it was a hybrid, meaning it was modified using a gameshark, or MK's.........

Secondly, there are FR Skylines in GT3, quite a few in fact. The racing R34 Skylines are all FR, not to mention the Nismo LM (R33), and Skyline GTSt Type M.........

Yes my hybrids are basicly full Pennziol and Zexel skylines lightly tuned and underneth a regular R34 shell. So far these are the best handling skylines Ive driven.

I personally don't use skylines that much in GT3 but I'd have to pick the mine's R34.
